Airtable is the answer to all of my problems
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, and very easy to read for people who aren't familiar with it. I never worry about people misunderstanding data or charts with Airtable.
My team uses Airtable for storing and organizing almost all of our data, it's SO nice having everything in one secure place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Very few things! There are small little changes I'd request to make it easier for my personal project (like linking a record multiple times) but outside of that, no large changes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of product shipping and what contacts have what products already.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Airtable! I love that I can easily create the applications I need to do my work faster and better. The GUI is clean and easy to navigate and the Excel-style formulas make setting up calculated fields a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better support for printed reports. I also wish the certified training was rolled out to everyone (not just Enterprise customers). As soon as it is, I plan to complete the training/certification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Airtable and Zapier, I pull into 150+ Google Business Profiles so that I may keep track of reviews and manage our reputation. By collecting the data in a centralized tool, I have additional insight into where our customers are having issues so that I may inform senior management with recommendations for corrective action. I also have a social media calendar setup to map to observances (think Diabetes Awarenes Month and similar) so that we can capture/participate in applicable observances that make sense for our business.
Multi-purpose platform for agency operations and client services
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Airtable is the flexibility of its internal and external applications. We use it to track 300+ events with staffing, expense coding, proposals and client recaps. Our whole team is on the platform multiple times per day. We also use it for custom registration sites and asset tracking across sponsorship portfolios that our clients ask for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations around user-edited content. Creating and publishing an app is easy, but it stops short of external users changing information they have already submitted. Ideally, once an external user submits a form or a record, they would have the ability to make edits to that record if the admin allowed for it. This would limit the amount of customer service inquiries and manual changes needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid, no-code app development that is 90% ideal for all our needs. The extra 10% of functionality would cost absorbantly more to code something from scratch, and be far higher maintenance. Our primary use case is inventory, asset tracking and event management.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity and ease of use. I'm able to design a table to do exactly what's needed and it just works. The wide range of app integrations and add-ons are also helpful and things I use frequently, especially the Slack integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable keeps a lot of features behind a paywall, but that's to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I prefer Airtable over Google Sheets because of how straight-forward it is to use, and the range of pre-engineered tools available. It allows me to track and prioritize my team's projects while still keeping lower priority projects in sight.
Great Platform!

I love the different views and data presentation options that are there, as well as the integration and automations
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to have more integration and possibilities of talking back ond forth between things like ZenDesk, Google Sheets, Slack, and UKG Pro
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very complex relief veterinarian process that requires multiple platforms and tasks and it helps tie some I to Airtable directly and the others as different column checklists in our bases
Airtable for the best no-code/low-code data experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been a game changer in the way that we experience all aspects of our data. It's absolutely amazing the way that it handles automations, deduplication and interfaces right there in the same app. Airtable easily integrates into all of our current and future processes, and is a dream to implement into our workflows. We utilize Airtable in some way every single day - even when we aren't manually touching it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Airtable aren't many. One of the only things I can think of is it would be nice to have more features in some of the Airtable-made extenstions. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything from building MVPs (minimum viable products) before we ask our dev team to build something to running our data analyses.

Very user friendly and high customizable platform to enable no code solutions. It has been very easy to deploy our core internal applications to manage our business.

Pricing per user might be expensive for larger teams. We are limiting the number of collaborative users.

As database for no code platform, we are able to deploy and adapt our application to our business need, on the go
Data Consolidation
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has a very intuitive interface and the wizards provide you with easy methods of quickly setting up a database for your organization. Using Airtable, I was able to create a fully functional Helpdesk Ticketing system for my organization within a few days with little to no prior knowledge of this platform.

Limited tech support and customization for forms

Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible and powerful it is. As a Director of Operations, there are very few things I havent been able to solve for using Airtable in some capacity. I use it for financial reconciliations, project management, and specific workflows. tha
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how hard it has become to get support. It's take a while to get a human to help. And their FAQ's online are hard to digest even as someone who has been using the platform for 5 years across 3 jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable as of late has been leaning hard into interfaces. This is huge for overcoming adoption. I build a lot of useful tools, but the base with many tabs and views was overwhelming to users, so I appreciate their efforts in having 2 tracks: builders and business users.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how flexible Airtable is. It is powerful enough to handle complex workflows, yet simple enough to set up without needing a technical background.
What do you dislike about the product?
"What I dislike about Airtable is its limited compatibility with Apple IPads. At BZI, we have around 150 employees using IPads to look up drawings and other important information. It would be incredibly helpful if Airtable offered better support for IPad use, as currently, we can only utilize Airtable for those who have access to a computer."
