I unironically carry an Airtable tote bag
What do you like best about the product?
Allows multiple systems to be contained in the same place, and to be visualized in ways that work for each of my teammates—so I'm basically in it every day, if not every hour. Easy to pick up. Small quality of life improvements, like simple sorting/filtering and forms that integrate with spreadsheets or Google Docs. I've been able to implement it for multiple new teams without much up-front time drain. I've started keeping personal organization in here, too, from my spreadsheet of library books to event registration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small bugs like routine refreshes in my Project Management app that kick me out mid-sentence, or quality of life improvements like the ability to make an expanded notes field bigger. My colleagues who work directly with customer support, particularly over billing (we're a tax exempt org), have found that experience frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has many functions that my operations colleagues and I support—event planning, website management, communications, sponsor highlights, project management, staff professional development—and Airtable continues to make that more and more streamlined, without forcing me to hop between multiple apps and systems to complete my day's work. Every several months, one of the new features makes a huge positive impact on the way I do my work; most recently, the Project Management app conveniently came out right as I took over office project management, and saved me immense time, letting me hit the ground running instead of taking ages to design a functional tasklist for disorganzied projects.
Making streamlining workflows easy - and fun!
What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed using Airtable in my work as both a freelancer and an event manager for years! Airtable makes it so easy to customize your workflows, and standardize them across teams. Using Airtable, I was able to design a set of bases that saves our team an estimated 50 hours of work a week. We use Airtable all day, every day, and it was so easy to integrate these tools into our existing work flows.
I appreciate all the great work the Airtable team puts into releasing product updates and keeping users informed. There are also so many great resources that aid in learning how to maximize your use of Airtable.

What do you dislike about the product?
I realize that there can be what feels like a huge learning curve when first getting started on Airtable. But as I said, Airtable provides ample resources for users to learn quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has helped solve gaps in communication across teams in our department. This has made my workflows feel more seamless and efficient.
Airtable is now my home page to everything
What do you like best about the product?
I've been in my role for just over two years, and from the start, one of my boss's main goals was to transition everything—and I mean everything—into Airtable. As we're in events and programming, this meant using Airtable for revenue tracking, event management, inquiries, and even creating and storing contracts. It quickly became a key part of my daily workflow.
Airtable's user-friendly interface makes it simple to navigate, and I’ve found the community "how-to" pages incredibly helpful for seamless integration. I also appreciate the platform's flexibility; it's highly customizable, allowing each user to tailor it to their unique needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there were more pre-programmed widgets or apps to use, especially in forms I find myself coding and script-writing quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable makes it possible to keep everything we do in one place, which is incredible. AND, each view can be tailored to fit exactly what we need.
Best tool to help communicate across different teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create forms, record data, and implenent marketing plans. It is extremely easy to create new bases to house the data needed. We use it to collect applications, implement marketing goals, and report end of day notes to the entire team. Automations to other applications like Slack and email is extremely powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing can be confusing. However using it daily, we will pay almost anything. The lack of ability to share certain interfaces without an airtable login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the ability to house different segments of our business to collect and report on data that is otherwise difficult to track.
Completely Changed our Office!
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to use Airtable to organize all of our office projects. We use it for project management and case file managment. We also use it for client communications. It has enabled us to scale and be so much more efficient because of the automation of all of our processes. We also use zapier to integrate Airtable with our other technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish Airtable had a two-way texting feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable enables us to manage our large client base and stay organized across multiple projects.
Overall, Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been a great solution for managing information in a no-code environment while allowing it to be accessible to other users. Implementing and integrating different bases to function as a relational database, setting up email automation, and providing basic dashboards and interfaces for internal and public consumption have been straightforward and usable from day one on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only critique of Airtable is the API functionality with things like PowerBI. Even following the directions it's not always a perfect sync but this may be on the PowerBI side and not Airtable. One thing that could make it better would also have the ability to create editable forms that someone could login to, change information, and it automatically updates the tables. But overall, it's been a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic emails for people that submit a form
Relational database for apprentice and aspiring apprentices

Exactly what we were looking for!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable's customizeable features help us create exactly what we needed. We had been searching for the just the right tour management platform for our safari company and couldn't find anything that could do all the things we needed it to do. So we created it ourself in Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve, especially for setting up more advanced functions, but the AI feature was great in helping us figure things out when we got stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has helped us track and manage every step of our safari bookings, from the initial inquiry to sending a follow-up thank you message and request for a review once the clients have returned home. With automated reminders, it's taken a huge mental load off of each of us, worrying that we might miss a crucial action item.
Simply the best
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's basically supercharged spreadsheets. Like the database of my dreams!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a few features missing that would be amazing, like disallowing duplicates, or formatting dates in any style desired without using a formula field
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content management and data visualization
I didn't want to have to build my own database tool - but if you have to, Airtable is the way to go!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is flexible, easy to use, but also extensible. I liked that I can spin up fields/tables/records/etc quickly and create relationships on the fly - and also that I can create automations trivially. We now use it daily for my entire team to track our work - it's pretty great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The branding isn't great - the design can be challenging for "non-tech" people, and I don't like that the billing isn't always super transparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to track long term project/task management, while at the same time connecting that to asset/resource management. I wanted an off-the-shelf solution designed for environmental engineering, but that didn't exist, so I stood up an Airtable instance in a weekend. Now, we know who has done what, where, and with what equipment - basic information, but also surprisingly tricky to identify.
Excel on steroids
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way I am able to manage my workflow in AirTable - it makes it possible to track the progress of our volunteers through our onboarding process, and then to schedule them for their shifts. It allows me to visualize our resources, streamline common tasks, and automate repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not always know where the various layers of my connect. In addition, it can be tricky to get the help I need when I have to explain the whole base to yet another "ask the expert."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps me to track volunteers through our onboarding process, communicate with them about next steps, and ultimately onboard or decline them. It also allows volunteers to sign up for a rotation at one of our facilities, recognizing repeat volunteers and creating records for new volunteers. It shows me when I have volunteers, and whether or not the number of volunteers I have meets our goals.
