The integration between 2 different airtable bases could be easier to be done. And it doesn't allow me to start the week calendar on mondays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track in which step of some process my team and I are.

Airtable Review: A Modern Productivity Powerhouse for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
In today’s fast-paced digital landscape, efficiency, flexibility, and collaboration are essential—especially when managing complex workflows, data, and team projects. Airtable rises to meet these challenges with a platform that blends the simplicity of a spreadsheet with the robust functionality of a modern database and project management tool.
Daily Use & Ecosystem Integration
As someone who uses Airtable daily, I can confidently say it has become a mainstay in our digital ecosystem. From tracking projects and purchases to managing forms, automations, and dashboards, Airtable has streamlined operations across multiple functions in our organization. Its ease of implementation allowed us to roll out systems quickly with minimal overhead or training—an ideal choice for teams of all technical backgrounds.
User Experience and Interface
The Airtable interface is beautifully intuitive, offering a familiar yet powerful experience. With rich field types—checkboxes, attachments, dropdowns, linked records, and more—users can tailor tables to any use case. The ability to customize views (Grid, Calendar, Kanban, Gallery, and Gantt) means data can be visualized in whatever format best suits the workflow, empowering teams to stay focused and organized.
Versatility and Customization
Few platforms match Airtable’s versatility. It adapts fluidly across departments—whether you’re managing content calendars, tracking inventory, coordinating events, or building a CRM. The platform also supports automation and scripting, allowing users to create efficient, no-code or low-code solutions to routine tasks. It’s especially useful for reducing manual work through Slack, Gmail, and webhook integrations.
Collaboration and Real-Time Sync
Collaboration is a strong point. Airtable offers real-time sync and updates, allowing teams to edit simultaneously, leave comments, and assign tasks. Granular permission settings let you securely control who can view, comment, or edit, making it safe for cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent Customer Support
Another highlight is Airtable’s customer support. Anytime we’ve had questions or needed help navigating a new feature, their support team has been responsive, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. They consistently go the extra mile to ensure customers are successful, which adds significant value to the platform experience.
Integration and Scalability
With a wide range of native integrations and a powerful API, Airtable fits seamlessly into most tech stacks. Whether connecting to Google Workspace, syncing with external databases, or using Zapier to link with dozens of services, it scales effortlessly as your needs evolve. Advanced users and enterprises will appreciate features like SSO, workspace analytics, and admin controls for broader governance.

Room for Improvement: Licensing Model
One area that could use refinement is the account type and licensing model. While the platform offers different roles like editors, commenters, and viewers, the distinction between them isn’t always clear—and can become costly. For instance, someone who logs in just a few times a year to check a single or multiple select field still needs an editor license. A more flexible option for light or occasional contributors would enhance cost-effectiveness and encourage broader participation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving the challenge of disorganized, siloed, and static data across teams and workflows. Before adopting Airtable, we often relied on multiple spreadsheets, scattered documents, and disconnected systems that made collaboration inefficient and tracking progress cumbersome. With Airtable, we’ve centralized our operations into a single, dynamic platform where data is not only organized, but also actionable.
By integrating tables, automations, and real-time collaboration, Airtable enables us to build lightweight internal tools, dashboards, and trackers without needing custom software. It eliminates redundant work, improves visibility across departments, and allows us to respond to changes quickly. The result is greater productivity, smoother cross-team communication, and more time to focus on high-value tasks. It has become an indispensable part of our daily operations.

Airtable Review
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Airtable for my own business since 2018, and I've been implementing and supporting clients since that time as well.
I find Airtable is an absolute amazing product to implement and install for my clients. The flexibility of Airtable to quickly construct workflows is a very strong point.
The other feature that that I like is how easy it is to integrate with Zapier and API programming. This is one of the easier programs I've worked with as far as Integration.

What do you dislike about the product?
A very strong feature of Airtable is it's flexibility - which can also be a consideration. Since Airtable is so easy to customize, it's also easy to "accidently" delete something.
As a consultant/developer - if there was a meaningful affiliate program - I would take advantage of that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable provides a great platform to service clients with. It's a very easy sale.
Airtable is amazing in every way!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it seems like the possibilities are endless. I can received, send, manipulate, and store data in ways that I haven't been able to with any other product. It also makes it really easy to share views with others. I use Airtable every single day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish forms could gather information and distribute that information into multiple tables in the base. I would also like the ability to copy/paste from something like a spreadsheet into form fields. And - even though I use Airtable a ton, I'm a bit of a novice so the formulas are way more tricky than I would like them to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable allows me to condense all my information into one place and then share that via views with others in my organization. It's essentially my CRM, Time sheet for contractors, and way to plan and organize my events. It's benefiting me by being in one place and easily being able to share data.
Perfect way to collaborate for content
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way Airtable allows my team to collaborate on content creation. We can each have our own workspaces to add content, modify, and assign tasks to people who need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's great at collaborating on content. And while it works specifically for our situation of content creation, I don't think it would work as a project management system for most companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary business model is creating large amounts of social media content that gets translated, designed, and has a bunch of other data associated with each post. Airtable is the perfect solution for that. Other systems would be far more complex than we need or not allow us to collaborate like we need to.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly haven't found anything we don't like, but our team's use of it is pretty limited since we use Workfront as a primary project management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track all internal communications and marketing efforts for our university audiences. It gives us visibility into what each audience (students, staff, alumni, prospects) is receiving in a given day and manage overload.
It equips us to quickly and accurately report to executives about integrated comms and marketing efforts. It provides a one-stop location where any team member, not just the team member who planned a campaign, can provide an update.
