easy and efficient collaboration tool and project management available to everyone

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable seems to me a great option both on a personal and business level as it allows you to organize your work in a personalized and well-structured way through spreadsheets, databases and different options offered by the calendar, quiadiculas, galleries and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
really the only disadvantage that I see for the user in this great platform of collaboration is that when we implement it in its free version and not with payment plans to know if the functionalities that this tool has satisfy our needs we do not have all the options and functions what does not allow us to really know if all their integrations are going to satisfy our needs, without any doubt having full access we verify that if it is an excellent option that we should put into practice for better our work since we have excellent features, support and storage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit that this tool has given me is to allow me to create an excellent workflow with the team, also it has saved me time that I lost when I had to start from scratch to create ideas to work, now I have templates in specific areas that facilitate and advance the work. with this web tool I put aside the problem of being limited to working only in the office since it is an application available for mobile devices, which allows me, together with the team, to work from anywhere at any time without worrying or stressing how complicated it was for me to work, for example, with Excel spreadsheets, since this task became complicated due to the limited space on the screens of the mobile devices, but now we can easily visualize the information since it adapts it in an organized manner and well presentable on the screen allowing us to see and edit the tables without much effort and in a simple way for any user.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it because it is a tool to effectively carry out collaborative work and project management, also because it is the ideal help we need both outside and inside the office to organize ideas, information, projects, meetings, tasks and work. in general in a flexible way.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and organize many different thing
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an additional cost at some point, but it is worth it for multiple users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to manage many projects effortlessly at once for multiple clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is free and fantastic, it is worth spending 20 minutes to give it a shot.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is like a beautified spreadsheet. We use it for project management and also for some lightweight content management. I like that the ramp time was easy and the tool is easy to use. If you have experience with excel the tool is intuitive. It allows for us to collaborate easily and also have your own view.

It took a bit to figure out our own strategy with project management but through all the changes Airtable was able to keep pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one major downside that I see with Airtable is that it would be nice to have a more expanded user permission set. It would be great to lock certain aspects of the views. That way we could expand some of the collaboration to have more people using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed it to keep our content up to date and keep our cross-functional projects on track. We now have an idea for what content needs updating and who owns it. On the project management side of things, it allows us to track the dependency of certain activities and better scope the timing of projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the community. There is a lot of value in the people on the community being able to answer complex questions. I also like this tool because I am data driven. Because it has the feel of a spreadsheet but simplifies it we have the flexibility we need without overwhelming the less technical people on our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a single table that impacted a number of different views was incredible. Being able to take a to-do list and organize it onto a calendar made organization a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I never had an issue with Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping communication simple was made easier with Airtable. I used it both personally and professionally to organize my life.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a platform that I like because it is based on the cloud and allows me to work collaboratively in a simple and easy way without having to stress to understand complexities of use, on the contrary it gives me a pretty neat and clean interface where I can share ideas and information and work with clients and project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing that is not that I do not like it but that I'm sure I could optimize is the interface and its personification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The opportunities and benefits that this tool has given me to improve the quality of my work have been significantly, specifically when working in conjunction with other members of the company because without having to waste time in planning and requiring presence of them I have been able to carry out ... in the same way the problem of having to work from the office I leave it aside because this platform is compatible for mobile devices, thus facilitating the access and exchange of information at any time and from any place, it also allows me to work more quickly and efficiently to develop tasks because it has the functionality of a spreadsheet in combination with a database, in addition to having access to forms and custom screens

Airtable is a great platform of collaboration and organization that I recommend since it is a powerful option to organize content to integrate different applications so that users can manage content between applications in a simple and safe way. also by experience I have been able to verify that this tool to guarantee a good and efficient team collaboration, saves and synchronizes any change that is made automatically and safely on all devices.

So many options, so much customization

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to customize my workflow and Airtable can handle it. There's a lot that Airtable can do, especially with connecting multiple parts of production workflow and bring everything into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a ton of easy introduction into how to use Airtable. There are plenty of templates, and videos to watch, but you should definitely know what you need to implement and how you'd like to go about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining production workflow from pre-production to post-production and even finance. It's been such a huge benefit to work with Airtable and find that we can pull data and transfer it to satisfy all of our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the star rating option that I have just discovered. It makes it very easy to hold departments accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I didn't find out all of the templates and features earlier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tried downgrading some people I shared the link with to Commentor instead of Editor and they could not even comment. I had to give them more privileges again in order for them to type into the account. I'd like a more restrictive platform so that others can enhance or change the complaint tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are comfortable giving editor privileges to certain individuals. An editor can doctor the complaint, or other, tracking and delete records. If this is a method in which your holding people accountable please make them commentors only unless necessary and make sure commentors and receiving Airtable notifications to their main inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
This software has completely transformed the way my team and I brainstorm, create and manage our social media strategy and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a whole lot I dislike about Airtable. I do wish we could schedule and post our social media posts directly from Airtable - to cut out another software platform I am not as excited about. Hopefully, that is in development!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now that we have a bigger social media team, Airtable helps us collaborate our workflow in order to make us more organized and efficient. Before, we were having trouble organizing and delegating tasks and brainstorming sessions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform has transformed the way our team brainstorms, plans and executes our social media strategy. It has made us way more productive and has increased the quality and quantity of our content.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have a spreadsheet and database combo to use to follow up with clients. For me, I help direct sales marketers with social media services, and recently with other services like getting mailing lists, and introducing them to ways to keep that mailing list straight. I have a client who uses AirTable and loves it because not only can you set up all your contacts/customer leads, and a calendar for them, but also add notes.

Also, it's awesome that there are existing templates for creating a calendar, because whether you need a calendar for customers, or for social media and blogs, or running ads, or whatever, it makes it intuitive to set up a calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's nice that you can use the software to create forms, and then have people's form responses added to a database. But it would be better if you could make a "pretty" form/survey with pictures and backgrounds, the way you can in Google Forms. (Or, you can, but that's only a feature if you pay $50 and my client does not want to do that.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable and its way of switching between Grid view and Calendar view provides a great way of networking and FOLLOWING UP WITH a large list of people -- perfect for direct sales marketers! It's easy to create custom form fields.

Like, what my client did was create a "Follow-Up Date" field, so she could see when and if she had followed up with new leads. And then that was visible in both the spreadsheet and database parts of Airtable. It really helped her make sure that no new leads slipped through the cracks (and that no customers who had reached out to her felt forgotten).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have an Excel CSV of your contacts list ahead of time -- that will save you even more time importing everything into Airtable! Also, if you have peers in your industry, the two of you can share/see each other's databases and compare notes.
