LOVE THIS TOOL SO MUCH
What do you like best about the product?
It had drastically improved my orgs management of data, increased client satisfaction, and made it all transparent. Easy to integrate and reduce manual workload.

Dislike: the customizations of how users can tag and comment on each line

Data management, efficiency, sustainability, and ease of doing business with multimillion dollar client projects

I would use this for my business needs at all times. It is secure and reliable. Not prone to mistakes.

I dislike the amount of time it takes for one to process the problems for resolution in due course.

What do you like best about the product?
The is so much you can do with it. It is so flexible and the scope you can reach is endless. It also syncs with a lot of other apps so you can integrate it with your workflows business-wide. You can use it to store databases, set task lists, manage information, schedule social media posts, create pricing tables and more. I like how easy it is to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to manage subtasks in projects as the grouping technique can make it a bit confusing to look at. It's also a bit fiddly when downloading images that have been uploaded to the tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is a lot more streamlined and our products are a lot more orderly now we have a place where we can store the information in a logical way and look at it all in one place. We do client projects with it and internal projects, we use the forms etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great software that will definitely improve your business and even your daily life if you like to organise things well. The calendar view is great if you are creating a task list or scheduling projects. You can also use it to collect onboarding information from your clients and store it all in one place. You can then make different views depending on what projects the client requires so you can see the relevant information.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best in Airtable is how organized it is. I love how simple it is to use. The pricing is also not as expensive compared to other tools like it. So far, everyone in the company I work for is using airtable. I love how I get extra $10 for referring people to sign up for airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Airtable is not doing enough advertising so more people can use it. I think that it would be really helpful to a lot of businesses. Overall everything is fine but I dislike how I have to pay for the blocks though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me with the company workflow. It's simple to use for everyone. The notifications also helped a lot in the team to work efficiently. It helped me with the company workflow. I like that you can customize your own page without ruining the settings for another user of the same team. I love that Airtable has an easy way to track sales and operations and set up workspaces in just minutes. Airtable offers something for every single person in our organization, to keep it short.
Sharing what you’re working on is really simple and communication is never a problem, and I find this beneficial because I always tend to work on different projects with many people from other teams involved, so I think that’s one of the most positive things Airtable has: stable communication with your coworkers.
I also love how we have access and support to many different document types and how we can share, export, and import them without any issues. This software is really interactive, and I can move things around to figure out what setting I like best. I feel like Airtable gives you the freedom to work the way you want to.

Customer support is not the most available and responsive, and sometimes they take a while to answer any questions, which is something I don’t like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has helped us have a unique place to store databases and records from our organization and being able to share it simultaneously. We were able to set everything up fastly and start working within hours of the same day. I find helpful the fact that we can share records from a team to another team without having to use other softwares, and have these records be created in spreadsheets that can be modified later. This comes in handy when we need old documents and Airtable’s search functionality is perfect for this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this software would fit big organizations that want their teamwork to improve.

I don't like how the UI for the paid services aren't too much better than the original UX experience. particular when you are creating custom forms.

What do you like best about the product?
The Airtable is one type of digital excel which helps the user to integrate with their respective webpage/websites. Also it helps me in the process of recruitment in my startup. The recruitment become a very easy job when you can access the airtable

To understand the airtable is not everyones cup of tea as it is very difficult to understand the whole. It takes me literally a month or more to grasp it. Also It is a bit complicated however it did help me to resolve the my bottlenecks

It's a little overwhelming at first to plan it out, but once you get into it, it's easy!

I've been able to create "libraries" of content and share it with my whole company in a way that's easy to search on multiple levels.
This tools versatility is spectacular.

I've used this product from personal use to business use, from collaborating with colleagues within my organization to collaborating with outside vendors on data. I like that It is versatile and flexible to meet the needs of so many of the circumstances in which I utilize the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that pricing is a bit odd and the hierarchy doesn't scale well. For instance, why is the pricing just for a singular work space and not for all the work spaces that I've setup?

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable replaces all those shared google sheets that end up looking like a mess and are hard to manage. Airtable allows you to have as many different bases/projects as you need, with lots of different formats. I love that their are pre-designed templates for virtually any need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable has so many options that it can be a little daunting if Google sheets is all you've ever used to manage campaigns/contacts/content. But it is worth switching to, even with the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable makes it so easy to share images, copy, lists, and more with the rest of your team. You can create rules so that everything shows up on a calendar, or set up labels so you can tell at a glance what is coming up and what is complete.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you struggle with scheduling and planning content, Airtable is your answer. I wouldn't consider using any other program for our marketing calendar and content planning.
