What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can quickly see my data from different points of view. I can change the visual layout/style as well as filter and sort to see only what I want to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to use a few blocks in the free versions ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable for EVERYTHING: keeping track of contacts made/companies/Next Steps, Material Index - where to find what PDF/PPT/Video, contract work notes and invoices...It can do it all!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Forget the limitations of Excel. You need to think differently about how the data relates to each other.
Versatile System
What do you like best about the product?
I needed to use Airtable for a very customized project, and it was versatile enough to handle it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small learning curve for customizing it, but it was not a significant problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Airtable to create a timeline that could be displayed in multiple ways to accent multiple different parts of the timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the different project management features and that it integrates into google products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would a little more customization like color coding to really separate certain tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am managing my teams projects and file sharing all in one place. I can see who has edited tasks so I know who is being productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Airtable is great for managing a team of people with a lot of tasks going on. It organizes your workload into a great visual white board so that you can see everything at a glance.
Best web based database program I've used
What do you like best about the product?
It simple and easy to use. The interface is very intuitive. I was able to pick it up was watching many tutorials online which is unlike any other database software out there. It's like Microsoft Excel on steroids, without the complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I run into a feature that costs extra money. From a user experience, is can be frustrating to run into paid tiers of features. I'd rather just pay one or pay one fee and be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We migrated from a Filemaker database to manage our asset inventory. The migration was a little work, but overall pretty painless. I'm way more efficient using Airtable than I was Filemaker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's pretty great. I never thought I would enjoy databases as much as I did until I came across Airtable.
Easy to Use Project Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can collaborate with team members on projects is an extremely efficient way with Airtable. Being able to update project status, assign to team members, attach notes and photos and add links to Airtable has made our project production seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes about the features of Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project organization has been far easier to maintain the latest version of a creative piece, and assigning tasks for projects has made collaborating a breeze. Airtable is our one-stop-shop for all things project management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stay up to date on project lists by tagging coworkers with a task. It is easy to forget to update a project and needed items, but Airtable makes it easy to keep the ball rolling.

What do you like best about the product?
The security of documents with availability of data management is feasible to interpret the control you want to have about the largest amount of information from the systems side, to give the company freedom to know well their future plans, maintaining an operational standard that is based on the placement of information in its proper place, to be contained in an orderly manner, generating a more objective view within the company, mentioning in advance, when such work or activities should be performed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that inside airtable there are a number of dialog boxes that announce other software, which when you remove one, a couple more appear, the more tabs you close, the more they manage to appear, which involves the software in a situation that can deteriorate its correct development, by containing such failure, you must empty the information in a slower way, which is not to the liking of many customers, where their time is limited, and do not have more capacity to perform their work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I transfer the information contemplated in the planning to the airtable system in order to have a solid, well-distributed view that facilitates the resolution of business problems that may manifest themselves in terms of the organization of an optimal activity reporting system that can structure a solid base to support the tasks to be performed in order to fulfill the tasks that occur in part of management and trend analysis and monitoring of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a firmness in the work relationship and the load of tasks for a given day, making a proportional distribution between what must be done during the working day, establishing an effective way to link activities of any kind with the extension system of personalized notifications that this software can provide, materializing the improvements in the planning of the company to meet all its commitments.
So many ways to make sense of complex messes
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many ways there are to organize information. When sorting through something that has lots of components, it's very helpful to have the ability to add different types of information and then sort that and analyze it as needed. You can also export info in a variety of forms and integrate into other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish when I organize the tables by different views that it didn't change it for everyone viewing. I also wish I could see when others are viewing it and/or what they are doing/looking at like in Google docs or other collaboration apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and analyzing complex projects with lots of different types of info has never been easier.

Airtable UI/UX is absolutely spot-on and beautiful. It has the power of a database, ease of use of a spreadsheet, flexibility of an app and user-friendliness of a game.
With the new Blocks feature, Airtable is not just an app but a platform for people to build their own apps with low-code. It is very easy to use and also there are lots of videos. They do video webinars as well!

What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable has been one of my most loved tools in a long time. It's been so long since I have liked such a product that I can't honestly see any downside in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM for my school store. We used to track 10 spreadsheets before. Now - it's just one Airtable to rule them all!
