A platform for anything and everything
What do you like best about the product?
How customizable and malleable the platform is. I use it to keep track of nearly all of my marketing reports and plan development, the ability to link records on different sheets was a game-changer in my SEO and content marketing planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limits on the number of records in the free plan. As an individual who needs to document hundreds of records with a decent number of data points and link those across other sheets, it takes a lot of records. When I have to share this with team members the cost increases pretty significantly for how little they use their account for this. Exporting is not a simple process for this table either due to the interlinking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketer who wears a lot of hats and has a lot of tasks, it's important that I keep my records up to date and in an easy to find location. Cue Airtable.
On Airtable...I keep track of our content marketing plan, updating a list of all topics that have been pitched, the copywriters assigned to each, and each piece's status. In addition, I schedule out the editorial calendar on the same sheet, which provides me with a reference. I keep track of our website sitemap as we plan to relaunch our website, this allows me to assign SEO keywords to each page and determine which pages to combine, delete or optimize next, and I heavily link records across sheets.
We moved our weekly departmental meetings to Zoom, replacing our in-person meetings that used a printed document. Now I use Airtable to update our projects as we discuss them, and have integrated Slack so we get real-time updates if these records are updated outside of our departmental calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable keeps us so organized! I love that you change information on one page and it changes it on all of them unlike spreadsheets where it doesn't communicate that way. We live out of airtable every.single.day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit touchy in terms of people can delete things easily...but that's why I don't give everyone access so it's okay!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is staying way more organized and we have one source of truth of information and its where everything lives. And they have airtable forms that fills out information for us as well!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You have to do it. Take all your information from spreadsheets and input them into airtable!

Airtable is easy to use and understand. You can create your own view without interfering with someone else's view.

There is a slight learning curve but once you get the hang of it is easy

Best database for daily use.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface and the overall experience are both quite good, I'm not a heavy user of excel or databases, so it's good to use Airtable with that friendly interface. Also, the user onboarding modal that floats on the bottom right of the page is quite good to!
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess it's the price of the pro plan, as I live in Brazil the price is quite expensive. Also, they could allow some apps for free users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem I solve it's my daily organization, project management and some lists or planos for the future that i need to organize, and the major benefit I think it's the freedom and facility to rearrange and organize my stuff in any way that suits me better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The group feature in database are one of the best things I could imagine while managing my stuff.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Airtable, is it’s ease of use, the ability to quickly design a database specifically to the needs of the moment, and the multi platform accessibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost for multiple collaborators seems a little high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of employees, flight instructor’s, aircraft, etc. The ability to isolate and just view the data I need at that moment is a huge benefit.

I like the way you can manage your things , prices, blocks , etc..

something I dislike the most is that the app isn't easy as the web.

I manage for example cost, prices, places where I have to send items and I cant use it wherever I go.
Incredibly useful tool for even the most complex needs
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the amazing scalability and multiple tools available. Even after adding thousands of new rows and formulas there is never any slowdown or issues.
We utilize Airtable along with Integromat to run the vast majority of company processes and automations.
Plus the company is continuously adding new tools and capabilities. We've been able to grow with Airtable.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike but if I had to be very picky I'd say that the documentation is a bit lacking. There are amazing tools such as the scripting blocks but if you don't have experience with coding they can be very difficult to use.
It would be great to see more documentation behind their more complex tools or more example code to help less tech savvy folk out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of them? We use it to run our ETL process, invoicing process, automated emails, and others. As well we use it for account and invoice tracking. Using the code blocks we realized we could hook into VAT and currency exchange APIs so now we can have a live currency exchange for invoice amounts into our "home" currency plus can validate VAT numbers super easily now.
With airtable we've been able to better track company progress and account changes plus centralize a lot of our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I have never been a good speller, I do allot of writing for school (I am a professor) and for work (I run a film festival ) this has ether made me look bad or stifled by desire to write

The Tool for EVERYTHING
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily customizable Airtable is! I use it to plan my wedding, run my college newspaper and so much more.

Literally nothing. I guess I wish the color coding option was free. But I am such a hardcore Airtable STAN
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly organization and project tracking. It really changed some things for my college newspaper and I couldn't have planned my trip to Europe for a month without it.

Love all the updates! Would love to see more templates for digital asset management with search terms
Amazing database to store a variety of data and information
What do you like best about the product?
AirTable does it all. We store all of our data for our team including photos, videos and documents. AirTable also allows us to notify team members whenever we complete a task or make any changes. We can sort, add columns and filter out any records that we don't need to see on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
One item I wish it allowed was to archive tabs in bases. I don't want to delete the information, but I'd like bases to be able to be cleaner by archiving tabs and bases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep track of large events and projects, budgets, passwords, to do lists, contacts, etc. I run a small non-profit and we use AirTable to keep track of team projects and tasks.
We use the mobile app feature to add items in real time allowing us to keep all of the information together. It is very helpful to be able to monitor which bases we can share and with whom. We also are able to easily download information or add new users who might benefit from seeing the information available in the AirTable layout. There's nothing that we have wanted to do that AirTable doesn't do.
