Airtable is an incredibly intuitive, flexible, and powerful for me!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been a game-changer for me. It’s incredibly intuitive, flexible, and powerful—I used it for building out my reference database. I love how easy it is to organize, filter, and collaborate, all while keeping everything visually clean and customizable. It's made managing complex information so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the lack of support - when I have a question or need help with a functionality, it's impossible to speak with a human. I have to looked through tutorials online, which makes it super time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable as a customer reference database - we have it integrated with SFDC. It's a great, easy way to manage my customer reference pipeline and database. I can easily share withthe rest of the business so they can see our content and references.
Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Airtable mostly for marketing event planning and management.
The most valuable thing by far is being able to view your data in a million different ways. I love that we can create different views to hide certain fields, or look at things on a calendar view, gallery, or traditional grid. I also love the filtering and grouping features.
If you have a huge database of information, having dozens of columns can get very unwieldy to sort and digest in a traditional table like Google Sheets. Airtable table makes it easy to see the most important information when you want it, in a way that makes the most sense to each individual user.
It's also very intuitive and easy to use- one of those tools where you can find what you're looking for just by clicking around for a second.
I evangelize Airtable to anyone who will listen!
We use it for business, but I believe everyone could find a great use case for it in their lives.
Some other nice to haves:
-Love the colorful UI and assignment of various colors to new categories- helps the labels stick out
-Lots of customizability and automation
-Very flexible in general-- if you think it, you can probably do it

What do you dislike about the product?
-While I really like the interfaces feature for viewing data in a yet another easy to digest way,I dislike that it is not married to the grid like the other views are. The UX of leaving the grid to go into interface "mode" is not as fluid as I would like it to be. I also think interfaces can be even cleaner/better looking.
-Cost structure: No free collaboration for non-power users-- When we first started using Airtable, we were amazed by how much we could do for free. Soon, however, we realized we need to upgrade to access things like the start/end date calendars. We have since added a few more members to our base that need to come in a view certain things in the grid, but they would have to become a monthly paying member to create their own view. I’d personally rather pay flat rate than have to add $ to our monthly cost every time we grant access.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Airtable, we had a massive Google spreadsheet with dozens and dozens of columns to track every aspect of our marketing event planning process (conference status, info for main contact, location, start date/end date, workshop details, location, region, representative, expected numbers, costs, etc etc). Most if not all of these categories of details were crucial to know at some time or another, but it was very difficult to digest the information at a glance and made collaboration a pain as well.
Airtable and its multiple views and automations has helped us immensely in our planning process.

It was efficient and intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
It worked great as a database I could interact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there could be a better way to display the different datasheets. We would have many and it was difficult to remember where they were in a long list at the top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us keep track of data and details for contracts we were drafting proposals for.
Best Low Code Database
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is very user-friendly and allows me to keep track of thousands of records. I can quickly pull up reports to show to users or supervisors. Importing existing records was seamless. I have not had to use customer service and can usually find solutions to my problems on the forum. I use this every day, multiple times a day. The tables easily integrate with our website and can be shared easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable does lack detailed customization in their extensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing projects and being able to quickly analyze the status of our facility.
Couldn't live without it
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility and ability to visualize information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean almost nothing...Occasionally there are features I'd love that don't exist today but overall it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage large programs in our sales demand teams, all the way from content management to digital tool license management and pilot projects.
Incredibly Versatile Software
What do you like best about the product?
While at first glance Airtable seems like a fancy spreadsheet platform, it is so much more than that. I've been able to use it to basically create an HRIS from scratch that helps our supervisors track attendance, write performance reviews, document employee issues, and so much more. Through combining automations, linked fields, the interface, and an integration with Documint for automated PDF generation, I've made a very robust system that provides tons of value for our supervisors for a fraction of the cost of a "real" HRIS, and that is only ONE of the based I've put together. I greatly enjoy figuring out how to combine features in new creative ways to make it do whatever I need it to, and use it extensively in both my personal and professional life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides we've experienced - the email limit for automations and ability to set up an approval workflow for time off requests - can both be solved by either upgrading our membership tier or adding more users with 'edit' instead of 'view only' access, so are more related to our budget than the platform's abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Professionally I'm using Airtable within my company to allow supervisors to effectively manage their teams' performance and for the safety team to easily receive and track opportunities for improvement, with very easy access management to ensure users can only see the data that is relevant to them. Personally I'm using it to track and prioritize DIY projects around the house, store contact info for contractors, manage home maintenance tasks, and organize travel plans.
Simple, Smooth Data Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is what I like most about Airtable. It is intuitive and easy to grasp the concepts presented. The program is most easy to implement. Customer support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite frankly, Airtable does not fall short in any capacity that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable facilitates our client databases and helps us keep everything up-to-date with easy to use forms. We can minimize phone time in support of clients
So many different uses
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to connect data across sheets without a vlookup or struggling to come up with the right excel formula. Airtable makes it easy to create views to share with colleagues that only includes the necessary information, and isn't overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I specifically dislike, I find it easy to get started with and onboard new people to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable makes it easy to keep track of ad campaigns and their performance, and share the current creative with my team in the field.
A piece of software that every business should consider
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is one of the fastest cloud based solutions I have found for maintaining the data in our company. We have tried several other options and have always fought against the software between inconsistent updates to the cloud and errors when working collaboratively
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint of Airtable is the inability to highlight specific columns or fields, generally I am making comparisons of data in one column so to "train" my eyes to look at that one column would be much easier with a highlighting function
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business we are pushing to eliminate paper usage and redundant data entry, the form solution Airtable alone has saved dozens of labor hours by having an easy option for any person in oru company to have access to an entry form which then allows me as our general data administrator to review and reflect on data anytime and anywhere.
LIFE SAVER!!
What do you like best about the product?
That I can customize the tables as much or as little as I want
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Airtable is such a great resource, and the free version works perfectly but if you run out of space their prices are very affordable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all my information and tasks.
