Holistic platform for content organization, marketing and project management
What do you like best about the product?
It is in one platform that you find content operations, marketing integration and project management are handy in Airtable anytime anywhere. Be it mobile or desktop, Airtable is a great digitization partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It maybe a bit confusing when you are a beginner when navigating through the platform's transparent process automations. However when you are done I the walkthrough that you'll realize everything is there as you go along.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far all content organization, tasking, improvements, marketing process automation, and even secures access become possible when using Airtable. It is even more handy to use when migrating data from a site to another without losing any information bits.

Flexible to use for various digital content integration, operations, and project management.

The ability to manage data in a relational database manner with the ease of excel or sheets

still missing some basic spreadsheet features (find and replace) and although apps are available, they can be buggy. Looking forward to more configure-ability and customization of interfaces for dashboarding.

If you are used to either spreadsheets or working with a database, there may be a learning short learning curve. Stick with it, experiment - the value will become apparent

I appreciate how rapidly entries can be filtered and altered to fit my needs. Additionally, it is easy for individuals to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable didn't have any problems for me. It meets all of our needs and does a good job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teamwork is accessible to multiple employees at once and maintains track of changes. I also employ it in my personal life.
Mostly easy to use, Very visually appealing!
What do you like best about the product?
I do like how I can look at the spreadsheet view, or open an individual row, or database item - sort of like Microsoft Access back in the day. But this is way prettier and it feels like I can do more things within the various field options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the ease of use isn't there. I usually look at a number of templates, and then make my own mimicking one or twenty other templates. This can take time, so patience is everything when setting it up. Using it after being set up is usually a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have helped clients set up AirTable to organize their content marketing efforts, task management, client databases, product databases, and even project management to a degree.

Most helpful things and upsides of using Airtable are as such:-

What do you dislike about the product?
This is hardly anything which I can say I dislike about Airtable. It is really one of the amazing tool, database, project management, team management app, which I hace discovered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems which I am solving for myself as well my clients are as such:-
1) Database Management for leads and online orders.
2) Automation between subsheets/worksheets.
3) Task management/assigning to teams.
4) Rich reports creation.
Airtable is beneficial in all the senses, as it used as a database, Project Management tool, Task Management tool, Team Management tool etc. one platform that replaces multiple platforms.

If you are in online marketing, selling products or uaing google sheets for database then I will highly recommend you to go with Airtable as it is more rich in UI and functionality then any other similar platform, also it integrates with almost any application.
Airtable - A more Powerful fancier Spreadsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is one the best tools out there for displaying, and visualizing data. The best part of Airtable is it has different views and reporting tools that allow the user to digest the data in a better manner. Different kinds of reports can be generated seamlessly using various tools. The ability to see only the required fields and filter/sort data is one of the things that makes it easier and worthwhile to use. Another most important feature is trigger-based automation, which can be used to achieve almost any kind of results. These can be easily integrated with other plugins or even internal systems to create seamless experience. Also, Airtable APIs can be used from server-side systems to read or update into Airtable easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Airtable is that all the data or system grows, it gets harder to use. In event of large data set with a large number of columns, it becomes cumbersome to visualize the whole data. Also, the cap on the number of automations is an additional hiccup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important benefit of using Airtable is how easy it is to use and visualize data. The automation surely makes life easier by not only modifying the data with the table but also connecting to other services like Slack, email etc. With the combination of various tools and features, there is almost nothing that can be achieved.

Coustoumaziation of any details inputs required & outputs in excel is the best thing that i like the most

Nothing much to dislike, but can improve the project management tools which can help to track the work resources from the reports

It's quite better than Excel and easy to use. We can have different datasets in a single grid.
