The new smart spreadsheet like service
What do you like best about the product?
Having familiarity with spreadsheets the jump to this tool is relatively easy, all same logic is applied plus advances easy-to-pick features to build, and organize tables and charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
the landing page and how it organizes the tables and charts is very simple, and one needs to remember the resource name, also it'd be nice to have an easy way to integrate tables and dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All about spreadsheets, grouping, sorting, filtering, and calculated fields. Add-up is too simple, and also one can't apply formatting rules besides this I like the option to that makes easy to provide different views of the same information.
The perfect alternative to google sheets! Its basically a spreadsheet but far more powerful!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Airtable for multiple years now. I have used it in high school and in college, and I have been blown away by how easy it is to create powerful and customizable apps and workflows from just a spreadsheet. Airtable really reinforces the notion that Data is King. The interface of the website is very intuitive and easy to pick up, and once you understand the basics, the possibilities and endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are planning on using. it with big teams, it can be a little expensive. I greatly enjoy the Intrafaces feature that was recently released, but it is not possible to share with external people, so that would be something I would like to see in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have always wanted a better alternative to storing all my data in google sheets. As much as I like using Sheets or Excel, I have always felt like it limited me and didn't let me connect my data with third-party services. Airtable was the perfect solution to this.
Organizes Workload. task lists and projects very well
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a great tool that helps me organize all the projects I am tracking and itemize and keep track of all the different task lists for each project. I love how Airtable is simple to use and has beautiful colors to help color code different tasks and projects. I also love the filtering and group options, as well as the ability to create different views to help you see the same list differently. Recently the company I work with is looking to leverage Airtable department-wide and I had the opportunity to dive into the pro version before we commit to the Enterprise plan. With the pro plan, I've gotten the chance to play around with the automation tool and it is amazing. I can see the opportunities and the potential airtable can bring for our team and improve our current process and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable is such a powerful tool to use both for personal use and on the job uses. There are not many things I dislike about airtable other than that it can get a bit pricey with multiple team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping me organize all my to-dos and keep track of all the projects that are assigned to me. Airtable is also helping keep the entire team in the know so that information is not missed or forgotten. I leverage Airtalbe both for personal use, business use and I leverage the software at my work. For business and work, Airtable allows me to keep connected to my team members and let's me see what work they have accomplished and what work they are still pending. For personal use, I'm able to organize my short and long term goals in my life and keep track of the personal projects I work on.
Airtable is the future of managing data
What do you like best about the product?
Where to even begin? Airtable is a new way of running a business. It integrates with many other services, allowing you to modify, manipulate, present, structure, and organize your data however you see fit.
We have set up Airtable to sync with all of our eCommerce data from Shopify, allowing us to do nearly anything we want to do, in a matter of seconds. Previously, I had set up an extensive automatic tagging system to be able to find out what I need in Shopify. Now, I can do it right inside Airtable. We are also moving our other data there, since "if it can be done in Airtable, it should." Every single "thing" or setup I have moved into Airtable, has made my life easier.
I have a goal of "zero use of copy+p OR calculator", by mid-2023. And I think we can get there even sooner.

What do you dislike about the product?
No option for getting bigger bases without going for an enterprise plan. Below 50 000 is enough for the most part, but there are certain use cases where I would like to have more, and I still don't know how to do so, or how much it will cost. Even after clicking the scary "contact sales for pricing" and asking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is solving data.
Organizing, structuring, presenting, manipulating, importing and pushing any kind of data.
The benefit is that I hardly ever need to use a Google sheet anymore, or even do imports and exports with CSV. The data flows automagically, and it gives me peace of mind, better control, and hopes that I may be able to take a holiday at some point.

The best organisation app (or anything you want)
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a very powerful tool that can be used for anything you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit difficult to understand how it works at first, and all the possibilites it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable as a massive organisation ERP for all my comptany.
New tagline should be: "The solution that's trying to find a problem it CAN'T solve"
What do you like best about the product?
Seemless functionality within the entire product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations within the different pricing structures are somewhat disappointing. To really succeed, you need Enterprise, and it's just not feasible for many
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable has turned antiquated and disconnected systems into streamlined and efficient processes for us. This saves us significant time and improves quality of work.
Airtable New User
What do you like best about the product?
It takes excel and merges that visual format with a database like functionality. It is super user friendly and allows a wild amount of customization through formals, scripting, an extension ecosystem, and prebuilt options. It is also very user friendly and responsive and visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is super customizable, but some customization features have a limit. For example, Scripting is very flexible, but a button-initiated script has more script functions available to it than an automated script.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making a database-like functionality very accessible. I am using it as a backend for a front end no code web builder extension. It is very powerful and is allowing people to get to the meat of data manipulation without the barriers of having to learn how to set up a server or a unique code language.
Modern piece of software serving us adequately
What do you like best about the product?
Capable of storing more diverse data in a structured and organized way. Allows third party to input data into the base. Generates Gantt charts from tables representing tasks with start and end dates
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization is satisfactory but the user access levels fail to live up to the flexibility the rest of the platform provides
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintain project oversight and never miss a deadline. Access data and migrate it to other databases without compromising its integrity. Breaking down huge tasks into subtasks for easier assignment to teams
Best no-code tool for database management
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has made it very simple to launch simple applications using no-code tools only. Its integration with multiple widely used no-code tools like Bubble has made it very simple to create applications. Apart from that, the support for writing functions, and calling out get post requests inside makes it a top-notch database management tool. It has become very simple to create interactive dashboards using Airtable for DBMS. For starting out and making a quick MVP, use Airtable. This can be understood by those also who don't know to code and fear a bit of technical Mongo DB.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've loved Airtable till now, no issues with the tool. My only hesitation is that it is expensive, but haven't found any other tool that can be so simple to set up without any technical expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for managing data and building out a simple MVP using the integration with other no-code tools. This helps me try out small ideas, do interactive surveys and make simple dashboards using the data.
