Airtable or nothing
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to learn. Beautiful interface. A joy to use. There are almost no limits to what you can build.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was as easy to consume information in Airtable as it is in Notion. Notion pages are great. Airtable doesn't really have anything like that, you just have to view records in a database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable enabled us build an entire operating system for our business that helps us scale with less stress. Way more productive and life is much better solely because of Airtable.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create views that coincide with other business processes. It's a full on overview of everything within the day, the week, the year. Nothing hosts this kind of management other than Airtable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outsourcing some systemic flows can be an investment but it all contributes to greater workflows. Truly nothing I dislike about this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use multiple views for a handful of overviews. Management of processes, contact portals, integrating with their party apps to host valuable information (reviews, etc.) that then pupilaue directly on the site. It's systemic to where I don't have to check in with the team to ensure something is accomplished.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to consolidate and organize large amounts of data that are interconnected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to create core tables that can be accessed from multiple workspaces
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting a large database of cycling events and embedding the table on our website. This allowed us to eliminate another third party calendar software program that was going to charge us almost $2,000 to display virtually the same calendar. In addition, all the data is hosted on one table that updates immediately on our calendar compared to having to update each event record separately. The other platform did not offer the ability to download all the individual events into a single spreadsheet or other format.
We use Airtable as an alternative to Google Sheets and the UX of Airtable makes using it a pleasure
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable's user interface is pleasant to the eye, intuitive, and easy to use. The option to create views by category works really well
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limit on the free plan.

Airtable makes our spreadsheets much more presentable to clients

I’ve had a great time using Airtable for my content Calendar. It’s a plain way to see the progress of each post

Creating a content galender for review with team is so easy.
I no longer have to manually type whose responsibility is what. And I can simply notify people to their tasks and ask questions

Airtable is everything I need and more!!!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpfule this about Airtable is the relational Databases. It helps me connect my data while I am working with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thisng I wish is that there was a way to do a realtional connection between different bases. That would help with my different businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtahble allows me to connect datapoints within my system. This is very difficult to do int Excel. I likecreateing forms and the submission going directly into one on the databases.

What isn't there to like? It is so flexible and I really love that you can share public links so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish forms were a little more robust. And I wish that it Interface Designer allowed you to create new Single Select field options.

I use this to manage all my physical inventory that is stored and located at different warehouses around the world!
