Great for project management

I love how I can choose different set ups, share, and color code

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been life-changing in my business! I has served as a content planner a CRM and more! It is very intuitive and user-friendly and I could have not grown my business without it!

I would like to see more native integrations being built for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a very complete CRM for all my clients and it makes it super easy to track information. It has increased our productivity hugely.
It’s good for keeping track of info in a place that can be shared and updated even on the go.
What do you like best about the product?
That I'm able to have the app and add things on the go. Also that it can be used for many different things.

It's sometime hard to understand how to use form features like the interface

Keeping track of information specific to our marketing and outreach. Being able to track easily who edited something and when something was added.

What do you like best about the product?
We love using Airtable for collaboration with our social media posts. Being able to add photos, captions, and have dialogue in the approval process is perfect for us! It has made our social media planning so much more smooth!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be at times when we save something on the app it doesn't show in the desktop view- but not always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the going back and forth about social media posts and approvals, having all things in one place so we are able to easily pull what needs to be posted and if for some reason someone can't, others are able to pick it up and keep on track.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Airtable is that it enables us to build almost any application we need to operate as a venture fund from pipeline management, marketing, and investor reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ramp-up to being a power user is fairly steep, the UX is sometimes not as intuitive as we'd like. For new users, it can be difficult to find information or learn how to use the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable for all CRM and pipeline management. Prior to this we were using expensive CRM tools like Affinity which had much less customisation capabilities.
The easiest way to create workflows and business systems--and I'm not a tech pro
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive nature of Airtable makes it my go-to for creating new systems as my business grows. This past year it's helped me scale easily and train new hires with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is high for some people- I had one employee struggle with it because they did not understand the grid view. Luckily that problem was solved by allowing them to use a different view- so it all worked out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smoothing out workflows to keep the systems flowing without losing valuable data to a system made of black boxes. The database means I can always see everything I've put into the system, even if I choose to view less info with additional views.
Excellent for all sorts of content management and databases!

Airtable is so easy to use. I can collaborate with colleagues easily and make different views for all our different needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a shame that some great features are hidden behind a paywall!

Managing qualitative data is so much easier with Airtable. I can keep large lists of upcoming projects and easily sort through them depending on their progress/completion!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how incredibly intuitive it is to set up, edit, and modify a database. I use it to track everything from personal inventories of my large collections at home to appointments at work. I preach the good word of airtable everywhere I go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Genuinely my only frustration are rigging formulas that involve dates. I often have found myself in a situation where I'll enter in dates as part of a formula and it kicks back a difficult to interpret version of GMT time. That's it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps many many many things organized for me. I own a lot of miniatures for tabletop roleplaying games and I maintain an inventory of all of them that is so incredibly navigable. Especially compared to trying to use an excel spreadsheet or a Google Spreadsheet. It also serves as an all-in-one tool for tracking my students and appointments with students in my professional role... which arguably I use it far more in that capacity.
