Great Support and Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Passed a very stringent legal review in a difficult category . The speed that you can answer questions with the panel is terrific. Customer success support is unparallellled. Always showing me new ways to use the platform and integrate with other tools in our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not Alida's fault but we are a low resourced department and we've had trouble recruiting a full panel.

Unmatched Tools and Expert Support with Alida
What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate the unmatched suite of tools that Alida offers, which provides comprehensive capabilities for executing research much faster and cheaper than traditional methods. The ease of using these tools, such as the online surveys and forum discussion guide, is incredibly beneficial for gaining quality feedback easily. The integration with APIs like Discuss IO further enhances its usability, allowing hosting of virtual focus groups seamlessly. Additionally, I have a great admiration for the team at Alida, whom I consider best in class for their expertise and exceptional support. Their knowledge and readiness to solve issues greatly contribute to a smooth experience. Overall, the simplicity of the platform reflects the thoroughness and thoughtfulness put into creating an efficient user experience, making it a standout in its field. I would rate Alida a nine out of ten for recommending it to others due to its robust features and effective results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Alida is designed for individuals who have no experience conducting research themselves, which can be very point-and-click. This simplicity sometimes becomes a limitation, restricting more advanced users who may need more flexibility or depth in the tool's capabilities. However, the customer support team is always available to work through any road blocks that pop-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can execute research faster and cheaper than traditional methods, enhancing our efficiency and reducing costs.
Great insights community provider
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful support from both customer success and technical support. Recruitment and survey mechanisms all work as expected. Product team is very invested in customers and asks for input from real customers to advance the product further.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are kinks here and there from a UX perspective. Minor functionality improvements could be added like being able to duplicate member groups, easy PV categorization, reporting features, etc. some aspects of the product are a bit cumbersome to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a research panel that we're able to tap into for fast research is very helpful. Makes the turnaround time for research a lot quicker than sourcing participants from third party vendors.

Survey functionality, expansive capabilities, self-serve platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things can break and it can be hard to get resolve. It is truly self-serve in this respect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are currently working on streamlining/ updating their dashboards which will benefit us when it comes to quick deliverables/presentation to our clients
Customer service is pretty quick and can always get a hold of someone.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is being able to get updates on the latest trends and updates from Alida, and being included in monthly meetups. The community is pretty engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was more clear who to reach out to in order to get help in different situations. I've found it tricky sometimes to get technical support when there is a time sensitive issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alida is helping us track a unique community of patients in order to get their insights to improve our communications. It has surpassed PFAC in a lot of ways in how we can generate a lot of client feedback quickly.

A noteworthy downside is that the Alida platform does not include a free, easy incentive distribution mechanism.

1. Having your community and your surveys/focus groups hosted on one platform lets you do so much with the data you have.
2. Progressive profiling enables targeted and efficient surveying with higher-than-your-average-CRM- reponse-rate.

1. Some technical issues with the website can occasionally interrupt an otherwise smooth experience.

Alida's platform has facilitated the growth of our online community, allowing us to become more customers focussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial if the online qual elements were slightly improved as we've not been able to make too much use of things like forums.

sometimes it can be clunky as different tools are hosted on different areas on the website

product improvements, new idea testing. we can talk to members who want to give feedback, rather than emailing thousands of members who don't want to take surveys
