What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink is great data collection tool.
Nexthink remote actions have helped with troubleshooting issue for remote resoultions teams.
Nexthink dashboard can provide vast data and we can pull data as per out requirements.
Helps with pulling real time and historical data.
Helpful in tracking applicaton performance real time and historical data

What do you dislike about the product?
Nexthink Dashboard can be complex, with alot of data to be filtered
First time setup can be complex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing time for wokring on Incidents for remote user's.
Better data collection and data monitoring

Usefull DEX tool in terms of features

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of installation procedure. We can install nexthink agent just like that by few clicks. As we are working on Customer support, we can easily foundout the issue with the Asset by look after logs. And also we have integrated with servicenow also for faster resolution of incidents related to assets. Also i like the feature of remote actions and campaigns. Overall a good tool for enterprise asset management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no proper resources to learn the nexthink. Getting better in this area will significantly usefull for more users, So providing good self learning resources is much needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working in Digitial workplace practice, understanding the issues with the assets and solving them is the most time taking task. So, we are using nexthink for collecting all the logs and metrics, whenever we found any issue with the any asset we simply run a remote action to solve the issue before the user reports it (Proactive resolution). Also we have integrated this with servicenow to quickly see and fix the issue from agent workspace itself.

What do you like best about the product?
All the primary features of Nexthink, around the DEUM. The tool fully meets this need.
Simple to implement.
Very good customer follow-up/support relationship once in RUN.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Except perhaps the fact that each product requires a separate license: certainly, this allows for cost optimization but it can also be frustrating to see options ultimately unavailable with the acquired licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink does not directly solve problems but helps us daily to identify and better anticipate them.

What do you like best about the product?
They provide visiblity into the environment that has traditionally been hidden and fill the gap between what the user is seeing and the infrastructure. The data is easy to interperate and the support is solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I fear they have moved away from their core product and have become more horizontal than they need to, trying to be everything to everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink addresses the challenge of understanding and managing the end-user experience across our organization. It provides visibility into our devices, applications, and networks from the uer's perspective enabling us to become proactive in so that met may detect, diagnose, and remediation issues before they become pervasive and impact productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
How granular the platform can be and how you are able to dive deep into issues that the platform is tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you have advanced knowledge of NQL and or a heavy engineering background you will only utilize 10-20% of what the platform is capable of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NexThink helps us see issues that we are having at a very high level then dive down into what specific systems are our worst offenders.

What do you like best about the product?
Tons of data from the user/workstation perspective that you can leverage to make your environment run smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the amount of data can be overwhelming if you don't know where to go with it. Training is a must to help you navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and proactively remediating issues with our end user computing environment. It is also very usefult to leverage during M&A activities to get an idea of the state of the computing environment in the acquired company.

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful technical solutions for insights & remediation combined with user focussed communication abilities. Very responsive to feedback and customer input.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other data/insights & end-point software vendors is difficult. Maturity of the platform (security features still underdeveloped). Fuzzy communication about product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Troubleshooting, performance monitoring, faster problem remediation, proactive problem prevention, change support, user feedback collection, major incident communication.

Nexthink is a very useful tool for companies especially on the IT side, thanks to it we can find out all the end point and end user information. We can also launch remediation campaigns and campaigns to inform or receive information from the users.
