A great solution but that needs a dedicated team

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards: compliance and performance.
Good interface.
Act for solving issues automatically.
Engage to communicate with talents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment is not as easy as expected.
A dedicated team is needed to manage the application and most of all to manage alerts and act.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving compliance and performance issues on computers.
I want to implement engage to communicate in a more efficient way with users.
I want to integrate with ServiceNow to provide a better support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As stated in the review title, it's a great tool but you need to have a team in place to manage it properly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is all online and I do not have to wait for someone to come help fix my problems. I always have an immediate response!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that a free trial would have been nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my IT problems which Nexthink has been great!

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink takes IT support to the next level by providing an in-depth look at a system, providing valuable information to support analysts
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessing the portal can be slow and unfriendly interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagnosing IT problems quickly and being proactive in support. Using Nexthink we have been able to increase our first call resolution by providing faster, more accurate support
