Easy-to-use tool that makes selling easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I most often use email tracking to see when customers are engaging with my communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences can sometimes be challenging to manage across large teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Figuring out which types of content our customers engage with has been a great benefit of Outreach.
Great for high call volumes & data organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tracking of the call volume, the prospect views that can be customized, and the metrics comparing them to the rest of the team & organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow integration with dialpad - it takes time for the system to recognize a call is over and to register it into outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High volume inbound and organization of data to make the calls organized and most efficient. Can sort my data in different ways and have different plans of attack
Outreach is decent
What do you like best about the product?
I like the massive import/export contact features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The massive tasks that generate. I often find the contacts are not verified so alot of emails tend to bounce back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get really helpful insights on the emails I sent out. Yes the software does help.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't let the tasks pile up
Outreach makes my prospecting a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can store contacts, sequences, and common email templates all in one place. That way I can easily access the things I use most and shorten the time I spend reaching out to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could make a list and share it with the other people on my team. I work together with a BDR to reach out to a territory and outside of using tags, we have to make lists in Google sheets to number our accounts from 1-100.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to and manage my territory with one tool. I can make notes and store all relevant material about them in their profile which makes it easy to revisit those accounts later in the year.
Great tool for automated 1:1 sales outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to build content in a scalable way for a very large team of reps. The analytics are good for Sequences, but lacking when it comes to analytics for personalization Snippets. I appreciated the ability to organize in Collections, helping keep the instance clean and manageable. The integrations with our other tools (Salesforce, Ring Central, and Alyce) help keep reps in one place for efficiency. I haven't managed a tool for the purpose of Sales outreach that works better than Outreach.io.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are struggling to keep our Teams managed as it's a manual process (it doesn't sync with our Team structure in SFDC), and this gap affects our reporting on successes inside this tool. The inability to see the utilization of Snippets gives us zero visibility into successes with this aspect of the tool. I wish the filters were consistent between each object in this tool to be able to segment better and find answers to questions without involving my BI team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am building a library on Sequence, Template, and Snippet content for a very large team of Sales Reps and SDRs to support a scalable way for them to connect with prospects and customers. The tool improves efficiencies for our reps by giving the right content for the right lead.
As a business development rep, this platform really makes my outreach and tracking more manageable.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the design and ease of use. I also like I can set prospects in a sequence, and it automatically follows up. We are so busy as it is, this eases that burden. I love that it communicates with Gmail too, and that prospects are automatically updated, same with Salesforce, and I enjoy the meeting, reporting, outreach reports and tracking as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to speak with a customer service rep face-to-face vs. submitting tickets. This for me is much faster and easier and a quicker way to learn. It would be nice to include a support@xyz.com to send out emails as well (company emails vs. personal work emails). But honestly, not much else besides what's currently offered. It's a great overall tool and system to track and send emails for sales!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am sending emails for efficiently, and it's saving tons of time on follow up. I don't need to look back at old emails and remember to send. I love the snippets, templates, reminders and sequence functions to drastically decrease time for re-creating the wheel all the time.

Great features and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Outreach can be used. Setting up sequences, managing content and maintaining lists/reports is very easy and effective when it comes to reaching out to the right people with the right content.
What do you dislike about the product?
not found any disadvantages yet, only the many features require to take some time for training at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me to target a larger audience with tailored campaigns / sequences. That saves time over manual emails and it helps to keep track.
Very useful tool with a bunch of features.
What do you like best about the product?
As a manager, I like their extended reports, which were rolled out this year. My SDR team is very happy with many features that allow modifying communication settings. Integrates very well with Salesofrce - which is important for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we were scaling our outbound activities, a lot of messages got stuck and sequences took ages to deliver. We communicated with support and they partially helped us solve this issue, but at the end of the day we had to spot e few sequences to get back to order. This is something that can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as our outbound communication tool. We are happy with the integration opportunities (Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Salesforce) and a lot of internal features that allow more personalized sequences.
Great product with great support!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use! There are so many possibilities for how to use the tool and help manage workflows. Support has been phenomenal anytime I've had an issue or question.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were capabilities for mass email, but I understand why there aren't. That's not what the tool is designed to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a uniform Communication strategy across customer success is a key role this tool is playing. We're ensuring all emails have the same messaging, tone, and everything is completely on point.
Incredibly user-friendly, makes working in Sales so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Its integration and automatic pull-up of info from SalesForce to Outreach make it easy to get through tasks efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a button next to a client's phone number to call them from another number than your default number. You currently need to copy and paste to the top phone button and, although small, it is slightly irritating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps you keep track of previous conversations you've had, emails received and opened, and links clicked. This lets you have more valuable conversations with people as you know what they've been engaging with.
