What do you dislike about the product?
changing a sequence and its steps is painful
Can't prioritize sequences or emails - this is a MAJOR issue as BTL sequences go out before ATL sequences taking days sometimes a week to get important emails out...
You can't mass skip a step when you have prospects in that step while you're trying to complete it (you must do it manually)
getting people into outreach from sales navigator or Zoominfo is a nightmare because they don't have import requirements in outreach, like email/country, so you must go through SFDC

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
booking 20-40% more meetings through efficiency and message improvement
keeping deals on track by setting and organizing tasks
Plugging the leakage by reminding me of emails that don't get responses and making it EXTREMELY easy for prospects to book directly on me and my SEs calendars
doubled call volume
tripled the number of campaigns I can manage simultaneously
improved collaboration between SDRs, Sales and Marketing (campaigns are organized into categories after creation and tied to the marketing campaign in SFDC, making it seamless)

What do you like best about the product?
The level of optimization this dialer carries is incredible. Also the integration to salesforce reduces the amount of time I'm using to prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how adding steps in a sequence are drag and drop! Come on it should be easy to click and drop on where you want it instead of having to move it up or down each time you want to add something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Average call time, Average dials, Average appointments, best time to call
Great for organization!
What do you like best about the product?
What I find the most helpful is the ability to create tasks for future events with reminders. This helps to keep me organized and ensures I do not miss any sales opportunities from someone who wants me to follow up with them in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do have issues with calls actively going through. I also dislike that Outreach does not currently have the ability to send emails to email addresses outside of the US. I think this feature should be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving organizational problems and this tool makes cold calling extremely streamlined.
Great for Outreach Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Game changer for cold outreach to prospects and outreach to hot inbound prospects at scale. Easy integration with SFDC, and great to know how different outreach sequences convert. Also, easy to implement with MQL processes by processing at different stages. This product allows you to drip emails to prospects in the short term (Multiple touchpoints in a week) and then extend follow-up to 30 days out +. It also has great integration with linkedin, whereby you can easily automate sending LinkedIn invitations to all prospects who you email from an inbound inquiry. It is easy to correspond different sequences to different hand-raisers -- templates can be distributed to new sales reps at scale to make onboarding of new reps more turnkey. I also love how it enables reps to take prospects who haven't responded to a certain sequence (let's say a trial request) and then resequence them with different messaging further down the line. If I keep typing will I get 25$?
What do you dislike about the product?
Buiding complex sequences can easily get erased after long periods of time working and drafting. I would love to see an automatic draft saving feature so accidentally closing a window while crafting a new sequence doesn't force the user to start all over again. I would also like to see a feature to organize sequences in different folders (easily) so old or outdated sequences can be archived for reference, but hidden from view. I also wish it were easier to skip manual processes as calls and LinkedIn outreach without having them bottled up in the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you have a high volume of inbound inquiries, having an automatic second or third email to your prospect can help convert more overall opportunities into revenue. It's also easy to correspond the appropriate messaging to different types of inbound inquiries so you can keep track of different types of leads in different buckets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be thoughtful about how you set up your MQL and sequencing process at scale before implementing this solution. How you design your usage at scale will determine how much of a force multiplier it will be for your reps.
Besides a couple of UX hiccups this is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Prospect engagement insights are helpful when considering who to write emails to and who to call
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't use arrow keys in dropdown menus- slows action down considerably - should be able to arrow down through drop down menus (for instance when using tags filter to sort through prospect database
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand awareness and outbound sales, benefits are customer engagement insights for low funnel activity
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've reached out several times about UX feature needs without any feedback or changes being made.
Outreach helps with tracking, organizing, and sharing across the team
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has been great for sharing templates across the team and making customer communication quicker and more engaging. It's so helpful to see when customers view emails and tracking that data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could use improvement - for example, sending an email actually in Outreach means working in a very small window compared to my email. But, I tend to use the template plug-in within Gmail anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster communications, better team and customer insights to create stronger engagement.
Outreach Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that outreach is pretty user-friendly, and I'm able to stay organized with work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres been several times where I have outreach crashed and not been able to use it. As a 3-year outreach user I've been able to figure out how to troubleshoot, but as a new user, it was frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized is the main thing that outreach solves for me.
Fantastic tool for business development and continuing customer engagement.
What do you like best about the product?
My team uses sequences all the time. Whether it's trying to get in engaged with a new contact, pushing attendance to an event, or having consistent follow up, sequences are super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there's not a lot to dislike about the solution. I would say the only thing is that its another tool that you have to learn. There are some great integrations with other commonly used tools (I.e. Salesforce). I'd like to see more integrations that would make users able to work out of less tools and platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving problems of letting contacts fall through the cracks. I'm able to focus more on a high value accounts, and still engage with low value accounts to drive additional business without interferring with productivity.
Solid email outreach and calling software but needs more calendar functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach's outbound email functionality with sequences is good and there's a lot you can do with it. Calling is also good. "Outreach Anywhere" means it's efficient for users. Integrates well with our sales crm.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Outreach to improve its calendar booking functionality. At this stage it's fairly basic. For example, I'm very limited by what information I can collect at the point a customer books a meeting on my Outreach calendar. Calendly is stronger for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit is one-to-many email outreach. Outreach does a good job here and allows us to create personalized messages even when sending one-to-many. This is efficient for my SMB sales team who have hundreds of accounts each.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good tool provided you don't need advanced calendar booking functionality.
can't imagine my sales process without it
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me stay organized with my outreach and collect data on what templates and snippets resonate best with prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs in the software. Sometimes I will put a lot of thought into customizing an email & it won't save and delete everything that can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. I leverage it a ton to stay on top of merchants with tasks and emails.
