easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I can view all the emails sent to any prospect. Viewing old emails helps me draft better messages and bring back closed opps. The outreach is very easy to use and can be easily learned—no special training required. As many sequences as you want to run—it is always possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think so. I have used a few other tools as well, but outreach is the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps to send bulk emails in a hassle-free way. Being a business development person it's very helpful to send mails, track the engagements.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and design of outreach is very user friendly, and has all the tools needed to prospect and complete sales cycles for most BDR/SDR teams. I also love how you can track when the tasks/calls are due and the due dates are shown on the main dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my team was using Outreach last year, it sometimes wouldn't load or make dials when multiple users were in the same room using their own outreach subscription. This led our team too have to work from home and found that when we were not in the same office, Outreach worked smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team decided to move on from Outreach due to pricing and timing, but we are currently in talks with their team to look back into using Outreach. Our team wants to track due dates on time and have an easier platform to use daily.
High quality CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great interface, the chrome extension is awesome for sequencing leads, task lists generate as expected and it's easy to customize sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't sequence more than once per lead. Wish I could put leads into more than one sequence at a time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very efficient and easy to use. No hassles when it comes to daily use or getting upset. I enjoy using it also for the insights it gives me on each lead page.

What do you like best about the product?
Auto syncs with Salesforce which saves a ton of time compared to salesloft. User friendly, detects OOO messages and pauses sequence accordingly in pretty much any languages, dummy proof police and typographies that really minimizes the chances of mistakes
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the digital email signature was very tough, and there seems to be no way to program the time to send an email within a sequence. Also can't pause a sequence and pre-plan a restart date, except if following an OOO reply

Very tight integration with CRM like Salesforce.The integration is very seamless in terms of capturing data from Salesforce to Outreach.
It also works very well with email and Sales Navigator and is very responsive inlead capturing.
It makes the entire sales process very streamlined with capabilities like lead and account management, sequences, calendar etc.
The documentation available for the platform is very comprehensive

The UI is not intuitive and very dull and boring.
Their support team takes a very long time to respond and is not always helpful in fixing issues.

It has helped us to automate a lot of processes within our sales cycle.
It also helps drive insights from our outreach and do A/B Testing on sequences which had drastically helped to improve our conversion and reply rate.

What do you like best about the product?
CRM integration, also works with popular RevOps frameworks and platforms like Clari for making Deal Inspection more streamlined, if you want to break down Silos between Marketing Ops, RevOps, SalesOps, and Sales and your SDR or BDR teams - in particular when you need to GTM in regions where customer data and intent signals are gold (Europe), found Outreach to be the best one - in comparison to Xant (inside sales) etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i had a Mobile App interface as well, and natively running Campaigns and Sequences on the Iphone - maybe in the future, we can get Mobile OS parity and integration, also tighter controls on CRM double opt outs, and opt in control would be a bonus (especially for us GDPR aware Sellers)

Great Sales Lead Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do do all aspects of lead managment in the platform without having to also pull up other serverices is hugely helpful and practical to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the UI are not that great. You can be in the account tab, click one button and end up on the prospect page.
It's also frustrating you can't see previous emails sent to a prospect when adding a new email to the same email chain in outreach like you can in Gmail.

A single platform that allows me to conduct systematic outreach to my prospects in less time to reach more contacts and drive more business.

Mostly enjoy it, but still don't want to settle for other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the functionality and reporting available. The analytics are great compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site itself is a bit clunky. November 2022 they released a site update. It made finding everything a bit more complicated, but it did improve the overall look.

Pretty easy sequencing platform with open read tracking and calendar syncing. The bilateral sync has been an issue at times, but they're working on it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. You can build sequences quickly and they work well. Adding new team members is also pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a few limitations. One of the clearest is that it doesn't have an SMS feature, much less two-way. It's also on the pricier side. Their customer support also lacks quality, very slow to respond and resolve things.

At first, when we heavily relied on cold calling it was very effective there. The fact you can build campaigns easily and quickly on it meant that we could test multiple things at the same time and easily track what worked and didn't work.
