What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to send multiple emails with custom fields that map to the prospects name/company/etc. I also really like the call tasks in 360 view, help stay on top of prospects that need to followed up on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was the ability to select multiple prospects over multiple pages (need to send a single email per 50 prospects, doesn't overlap).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is beneficial to be able to see who my colleagues have already reached out to, so I know whether to follow up or wait until more time has passed.

Outreach has extended my reach significantly

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to follow up with leads that would have otherwise slipped through the cracks. Previously, I would be able to touch one prospect 2 or even 3 times with my best efforts but a lot of those leads would otherwise only be reached once and then we would hope they would come back to us at some point. We had over 60 leads each day so from a surviving point of view we were doing fine. However, what about the potential we could have from leads that were only followed up with once. Outreach enabled us to touch each lead 7 times through phone calls and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features within Outreach that I have never touched or even looked at. My core tasks have me in 2 tabs or even 3 at most. So sometimes, if there is something out of the norm that I need I'd have to ask my colleagues where to find it. I guess its not as intuitive but in the same breath, i'd rather have the additional features than not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to sufficiently follow up with our leads and thus grow our bottom line.

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Outreach for my tasks/cadences. Previously, I worked off of an excel document and my prospects/activity was getting all over the place. With Outreach, I can simply put my prospect in my cadence and have a daily to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Outreach connected better with my gmail. Right now, there is a delay in notifications that pop up on my desktop when someone opens/replies to my email. Also, it is connected to my salesforce and sometimes I cold email people who are not in there yet, so it is hard to see when someone not in Salesforce opens up my email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major benefits that I have realized is that it has kept me extremely organized. As an SDR, I am doing cold outreach all day and simply don't have time to create a 'to-do' list, outreach has it all there for me.

Great Product for your hard charging company

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. has made my job 100x easier without having to manually send emails. I get in every day at 9am and all of my emails have been sent. Its great

I wish I had something bad to say but that is not the case

Great Prospecting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for tracking opens on emails as well as keeping yourself organized across managing several clients!

Also well done on the analytics on the home page!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the view ability of the notes for prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a problem of the best practices to social sell to prospects in our respective verticals. The benefits I have realized land within the email open rates and the ability to understand how far my messaging is going.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with other tools. Ease of use. It makes tracking communication with customers easier and more efficient. Especially when handing off from one team to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It does exactly what it says it will do. It is reliable and consistent.

Great Outbound Prospecting Application

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive Interface
Ability to easily create automated Sequences for prospects
Enables our organization to perform "touches" on hundreds of more accounts than we were previously able to with manual email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a Gmail plugin so that I could draft emails directly from my Gmail inbox (and save templates there - similar to Yesware) and not necessarily have to use the Chrome plug-in for messaging (I like Gmail).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted something with robust outbound capabilities, the ability to easily perform A/B testing and to reach more prospects with our Outbound team than we currently were doing - leading to an increase in Opportunity Pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very scalable solution - designed for teams to scale outbound prospecting work quickly.

Outreach Helps Sales Team Work Smart and Hard

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Outreach is designed to make our team smarter, helping us develop a thoughtful prospecting approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a Gmail plugin so template drafting/saving could happen in the interface our team is most familiar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary goal has been to drive pipeline, but not just pipeline--pipeline with the right people. Outreach has allowed us to set more meetings with decision makers because the sequences speak to them over time.

Fantastic email automation tool with few problems

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is fantastic and because of that, the learning curve was very low. I was up and running within a day, taking full advantage of all features. Their support team is also great, responding very quickly to any problems that may come up and helping me to resolve them ASAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, anything I've ever had a problem with has been addressed / resolved within the day, if not hour. The only improvement I could think of potentially solving for is having all sequences to all leads within the same company stopped when one person from that batch replies. This way I don't have to manually go in and take prospects out of a sequence when one of their colleagues reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a tool that would enable me to quickly send emails to the hundreds of prospects I reach out to weekly. Outreach allows me to do this by simplifying my process (I often work out of SFDC for inbound leads + the app for mass outreach to outbounds) and making the entire process very intuitive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take the plunge. Outreach has saved me countless hours of tedious work that has increased my productivity and simplified my workflow.

Great Hands off emailing

What do you like best about the product?
The feature set is incredible for sales outreach. It allows me to send a high volume of personalized emails to all my prospects and it's intuitive enough to not send any unwanted emails after a prospect has already replied. The sequences function is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of processing power from my computer and is often very slow. It would also be cool to have a function that allows for easy high volume email blasts for event invites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cuts my email time down to a fraction of what it would be if I were manually sending all of them. I couldn't do my job nearly as well as I do without Outreach.
