Diverse, powerful knowledge, task, and project management
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it can combine several tools into one: it's a note-taking app, a todo list, and a project management task all at once. The AI has also been very useful; I don't even bother with any external AI subscriptions because the Notion AI does such a good job of answering all my questions. It is usually more relevant than other AI chatbots too because of my workspace being part of its context.
I use this daily for work, church, and personal knowledge & task management and would not switch to another tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are not major downsides. I've put in a feature request to export AI chats to a new page, which would be very useful since I often want to save the contents of the chat for later reference. But there's really very little I dislike about it.
There are fiddly things too, like sometimes getting a blank line between 2 other blocks or at the end can be tricky, as Notion thinks you're just highlighting a table or database or whatever block instead.
Another annoying thing is Google integrations require that your account be a workspace account which is really aggravating. I pay for a lot of Google Drive storage and would LOVE Notion to be able to incorporate those files in its AI, but because it's a personal account the integration fails. PLEASE fix this. It would also be nice if it would work with OneDrive (maybe via local copies of files?) and other such things that require org-level approval, though I understand that might be difficult to accomplish.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrates task & knowledge management (came from Evernote + Todoist before, which worked but was not nearly as powerful and not integrated at all). AI chatbot that is aware of my specific projects is a great feature; it consistently hones the responses to be much more useful than generic chatbots I've used in the past.
Notion is my new assistance & BFF
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is hands-down the most versatile tool in my entire workflow. It’s my digital brain, creative playground, task manager, and client hub all in one. I use it to plan product launches, brainstorm with my team, document trading setups, and even map out my personal goals. The ability to combine databases, boards, calendars, and wikis in one place with beautiful UX is a total game-changer. I love how easily it adapts to me, whether I need a structured dashboard or a quick capture tool, it’s always ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app still feels a bit slow and clunky, especially with large databases or heavy pages. Offline mode could also be more reliable, there’s nothing worse than being on a flight or in a dead zone and not having access to key info. Also, while the flexibility is incredible, the learning curve can be steep for new users without templates or guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run two businesses and used to juggle dozens of docs, spreadsheets, and tools just to stay organized. Notion has completely eliminated that chaos by becoming a central knowledge base for everything—client notes, trend reports, coaching transcripts, SOPs, and internal training. It’s helped me reduce duplicate work, onboard team members faster, and keep everything searchable and accessible in one place. The biggest benefit? Clarity. With Notion, my team and I spend less time looking for answers and more time taking action.

Best notes and documentation app there is
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of just getting started to write in a collaborative environment. We use it daily across the team, from engineering, product, leadership to operations and customer support. Its the most efficient tool we have and has been foundational in the operation of our startup.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few quirks, especially around the new AI features. I like the concept of the agent editing pages and starting databses, but it still does plenty of mistakes that causes me to reset my progress. Better for smaller scoped items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal documentation and record keeping for remote teams. Organize projects with stakeholders ranging from head of engineering, product, and CEO. Able to consolidate knowledge across integrations in the same place and able to have it as the backbone for decision making.
Total Game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create portals for my social media clients. I mainly create content calendars and with Notion I use the calendar + gallery layout then my clients can open them c copy the caption & download the image. I also can share my ideas, quick links, etc. The perfect client portal!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing and I wish there was a block to add for clients to add overall comments or messages. I only give my clients comment access so they don’t delete/edit things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the need for several platforms. A lot of people in my industry use google docs, slack, etc. for all of the needs. I can just use notion for everything!

Transforms Operations, Boosts Productivity Tremendously
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and malleable Notion is, allowing us to easily build databases and structure information to suit our needs. Notion's ability to help us stay organized across multiple ventures is invaluable, offering relational pairing and mapping that connects team spaces efficiently. The database sets and the good API enhance our project tracking, boosting productivity significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Notion lacks a true syncing mechanism for emails like ClickUp. There's no seamless integration to allow full email threads directly within Notion. Attempting to customize this feature in Notion seems time-consuming and, frankly, I haven't explored it thoroughly due to the complexity involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion keeps us organized across multiple ventures with its efficient database relationship mapping, enhancing team collaboration and overall productivity.
