Is Notion Worth It? My Honest Review
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps our team keep everything in one place. Docs, projects, meeting notes and dashboards. It is flexible enough to adapt to how we work without forcing a specific structure, and it makes collaboration easy across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion can feel slow, especially when loading large pages or switching between workspaces. Offline access is also limited, which makes it hard to rely on when the internet connection isn't stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of having information scattered across different tools. Instead of jumping between docs, task managers and wikis, I can keep everything in one place. This saves time, keeps the team aligned and makes it easier to stay organized and focused.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion, and I love its flexibility. It allows us to easily create spreadsheets, databases, classic notes, or calendars as needed. The platform is clean and innovative, with multiple templates that give us the opportunity to get started without wasting time. The ability to collaborate with other teams in real time is also a major advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like too much: the tool has a lot of customization, you can quickly feel lost sometimes. In addition, when working with large databases, it can slow down the application, especially on mobile and the free version is a little limited for those who want to use all the advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion primarily solves my teamwork and centralizing important information problems. Because before, I had several separate tools to manage my tasks and projects, but with Notion, I can group everything in one space: project management, note-taking, task tracking, editorial calendar, etc. This has really helped me save a lot of time and better manage my ideas. The ability to customize each of my spaces according to my needs is a real advantage in my daily organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion was the answer that i have been waiting for so long, I use it as a second rain, to track groceries, book i read, all the seminar and courses that i have taken are not in notion , my workout database and exercise programming and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little overwhelming at the beginning but once you understand the basic it is amazing, i would like a more simple took for taking notes,

It is my second brain, everything i read, learn and create is there, allows me to create content in a very effective way

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has world class user experience. It's flexibility allows me to customize it to my business needs. We use it for sales, marketing, engineering and I also use it as a personal task management tool. I use it on a daily basis both for my team and for my personal life.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI features can be improved in terms of accuracy.

It acts as our project management tool, company wiki, and marketing content database.

Yhe workspace collaboration. Being able to setup projects and having partners see/comments and edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instructions. I have to constantly go to YouTube to see how to do minor things, but I guess thats my tutorial.

Being able to seamlessly collaborate with outside partners, and building project databases.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Notion is how customizable and flexible it is. I’ve built personalized dashboards for each client, organized all my design files, and even created moodboards right inside Notion. The ability to switch between kanban, calendar, and list views makes managing design workflows a breeze. Sharing pages with clients and getting real-time feedback saves a lot of time and keeps everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the mobile experience isn't as smooth as the desktop version, especially when working with image-heavy pages. It also lacks deep integrations with key design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud, which would make it even more powerful for creatives like me. And while the app is super flexible, beginners might feel overwhelmed with the blank canvas at first.

Notion helped me bring all my design work, client tasks, and creative ideas into one place, making everything easier to manage and much more organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly flexible and lets me organize my work and personal life in one place. I love how I can build custom pages, databases, and keep everything from meeting notes to project plans easily accessible. It’s super helpful for staying organized without being tied to a rigid structure. It really adapts to how you think and work.

It's very powerful but there's a learning curve to reach out the max potential of it.

It’s especially useful for collaborating with remote teams since everything is accessible, editable, and organized.
