What do you like best about the product?
This platform offers a wide range of possibilities for creating solutions tailored to any organizational or management need you might have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Outlook to manage my emails, but I have not been able to integrate it yet (directly).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep all of our company process documentation in Notion, which is helpful because it allows every team member to access the information they need. I also appreciate being able to control who can view certain content and who cannot.

I love using it to make my workflow better and for project management. The AI writing assistant helps me streamline my workflow and create better projects. I’d definitely recommend

What do you like best about the product?
I love how i can create pages to unload all the extra information i collect day-to-day. It’s really helped me concentrate on the present moment knowing i can check into the various areas of my life later.

Sometimes i wish for more color customization. But that’s not a functional issue. So i just i have no significant dislikes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion gives me one flexible place to organize everything—projects, tasks, notes, and knowledge—without being locked into rigid structures. I can design systems that fit how I work, and because it’s so adaptable, I’m able to run my entire business out of it—from client management to operations to content—without needing a stack of separate tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like is the occasional lag time, duplication issues, and random bugs that pop up. They don’t stop me from using it daily, but they can interrupt the flow when I’m working quickly.

Notion helps me centralize everything I need to run my work—projects, tasks, notes, and resources—into one organized system. Instead of juggling multiple tools or losing track of information, I have a single place where everything connects. This saves me time, reduces mental load, and makes it easier to stay focused and productive.
A cohesive coworking space
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Notion allows me to collaborate with my teams at every stage of my workflows. Even for general HR information, Notion serves as a convenient one-stop shop where I can easily find everything I need. I also really enjoy using Notion AI, especially when I am out of the office. It enables me to receive daily summaries about what’s happening and any changes that have been made, all with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app could perform better on my PC, as it feels a bit slow for my preferences.

Notion helps me keep track of everything that's going on and lets me see updates and changes as they happen in real time.
Revolutionizing project management
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely intuitive and powerful, especially given the recent additions of AI agents into the platform. We are now able to offload tasks to the agents to manage timelines and workflows. There is a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you understand how it works it is extremely intuitive. Customer service is extremely responsive and quick to help us work through issues on our business plan. I use the platform everyday and have started to migrate my personal life tracking into Notion as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really love the ability to lock certain aspects of a database. For instance, if I could allow team members to update only a "Status" column in a database, but not be able to edit other columns, this would be very helpful. Also, being able to merge multiple data sets into one database would be amazing. At times, I feel I am limited by my ability to code using formulas, but that is also one area that I am working on growing my knowledge. This isn't necessarily a downside of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to aggregate all of our work across multiple workstreams in one place. This is doable in other platforms, however, with Notion we can also create external facing websites that reference our backend data. It is also extremely customizable, so we can build out hyper-specific systems instead of needing to bend our processes to a cookie-cutter software platform. The AI meeting note function is also amazing, as it directly integrates with the rest of our stored notes.

Notion lets me capture all kinds of information, including details that might seem unimportant at the moment but could prove useful in the future.

It takes some time to get used to, as there is a learning curve to grapple with

As a researcher who takes extensive notes and references, I find that Notion makes it easy for me to search for and retrieve information when I need it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I really appreciate about Notion is that you can store just about anything in it—pictures, documents, spreadsheets, and even set cut-off and start dates. The possibilities with Notion truly feel limitless. I especially enjoy being able to customize it to match the way I process information. It genuinely feels like having my brain organized within an app. I keep both my personal and professional materials in Notion, and it has honestly been a game changer for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first began using the platform, I found there was a bit of a learning curve. I really wish there were more how-to videos available. While I know there are templates provided, I personally wanted to mix and match different elements from each one. It would be helpful if they offered a more extensive instruction library, or even included links to content creators who teach how to use Notion. For example, I followed a step-by-step guide by Thomas Frank, which helped me get started, and from there I was able to develop my own style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has really helped me stay organized in my line of work, where there is always so much information to manage. Instead of having piles of papers on my desk or needing a huge binder for every job, I can keep everything neatly arranged in one place. I also appreciate being able to create an archive system for previous jobs, which makes it easy to find what I need instantly. On top of that, it helps me keep track of my inventory and lets me know when I need to order more. It truly feels like having a second brain.

Notion has completely transformed my note-taking experience. As someone responsible for taking minutes for multiple meetings each week, this tool has made my life significantly easier. I now feel confident that I won't miss any key details during discussions.
