Best way to organize and improve my work and daily life
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing for me is that is really flexible and can be use in multiples fields, the one that i usually use is for daily life as a tracker and bullet journal, this helps me to organize better, to remove or add any page that i need according to the project that i'm currently working, an also as a diary that is private and easy to access for me.
It's been a great platform for me to improve my daily habits, and helps set up reminders and keep track of everything that i need to complete a project, that i have to admit, being able to see the complete task in real time, also to be able to use it in multiple devices, helps me to see all my achievements an keep a good mood while working!

What do you dislike about the product?
It's been difficult at the beggining to get use to use the platform and with the add-on of AI was really tedious to use it without feeling lost, once i was able to understand it was really smoth, but to be honest you have to spend some time to be able to use it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with managing tasks to complete a project in my work area, and helps me have a diary and keep track of different habits as personal use.
I love Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
IT is very easy to dump my ideas and help me to get organize and create a plan. I have a lot of ideas and I can get overwhelm but Notion AI help me to have a clear path of how to achieve them

I think it it good for now but it can get more plug ins to make it more fun

My day to day task get easier with Notion AI, it is saving me time, help me get organize and help me to keep personal and professional plans in one place
Intuitive Yet Powerful Platform for Modern Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion's AI features that automatically take notes from Zoom meetings, saving me valuable time. The software's ability to help me stay organized is crucial for my role as a UX designer, allowing me to input Figma links and summarize specs easily. I also value its comprehensive collaboration tools and its capacity to document company policies, ensuring seamless integration across my team's workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the onboarding experience for first-time users to be somewhat challenging and complex, which can make it difficult for new users to understand and navigate the platform effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to stay organized, summarizing design specs, taking meeting notes, and documenting company policies, improving my workflow as a UX designer.

The best platform for our productivity
What do you like best about the product?
We use Notion to manage every aspect of our software development lifecycle, starting from the early phases of ideation and discovery, all the way through to go-to-market strategies and product launches. Notion offers a comprehensive suite of tools that keeps our team connected and up to date on everything happening within our organization. With the introduction of agents and AI writing features, we've noticed a marked increase in our efficiency. Manual data entry for documentation has become obsolete. Now, our product requirement and engineering documents are generated directly from our research with the help of AI agents, saving us countless hours that would have otherwise been spent on repetitive communication. Additionally, the clear visibility of change logs helps us stay organized and maintain focus on our tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive for personal use or for families. Would love a tiered payment plan to offset the cost. I use it for my own personal use but haven't yet justified the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps us aligned across our several teams and product requirements. It saves us hours of time by generating content that used to be manual data entry. It saves us money by offering LLMs internally to their platform. We no longer have to pay for everyone's AI license.
AI Writing Sidekick
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion's structure extremely helpful for building my own processes and documenting workflows. I use it for all kinds of documentation, and Notion AI has become an essential part of my workflow. The AI Writing Assistant helps me enhance my documentation and summarize important points from my notes. I'm also exploring different ways to improve information retrieval throughout my work using Notion AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI is a new product and with any new product it's got room for improvement. If found some quirks with Notion AI, such as when asked to convert a document into markdown and told not to change anything, it still ends up rewriting some of my documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving how to record and effectively retrieve an organization's collective knowledge.
The best AI meeting summarization I've seen
What do you like best about the product?
For this price point, the Notion AI meeting summarization feature is heads above the rest. It places action items within the meeting where that part of the discussion occured, not always at the end like others. I like that it can detect when a meeting is starting and prompts me to begin the transcription process. I can also launch it easily from any page with /meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I worry that Notion may be becoming too feature heavy, so that the elegance and simplicity that drew me to in the first place might get lost in all the bells and whistles. It's not Slack and it's not Gdocs, and I don't want to see it become that! So my biggest worry is bloat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The meeting transcription is saving me a ton of time and has saved my bacon more than once. Notion AI seems to capture nuances from the meetings that I miss. And it's right! The Action items are just right in their complexity/simplicity and I actively use them to check off what I need to do. More than anythign Notion is saving me time - I'm able to drop the notes directly into gdocs, and formatting and headers are mostly kept intact.

It's endlessly customizable. It is easy to implement as much or as little as you need so that it works for YOU. The resources available for users to learn about Notion and its capabilities are really easy to access, understand, and return to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ONLY downside is getting too lost in the amazing things that it can do and the fact that it helps you come up with too many good ideas :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we transition more of our company's operations and knowledge base from other sources into Notion, we've noticed increased ability to streamline our workflows, keep everything in "one place" but connected, and transparency of what the whole company is involved in and working on. It has helped us be better teammates to each other, and increased communication across our departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has allowed me to streamline all of my administrative processes, from tracking projects and client files to organizing meeting notes, deliverables, and billables. With its flexibility, I've been able to scale my work in ways that previously would have required hiring additional help. Notion takes all the information I input and presents it back to me in exactly the format I ask for, offering a level of customization that adapts to my workflow, rather than forcing me to adapt to the limitations of a typical application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any particular complaints. The only limitation I experience comes from my own imagination.

It's easy to find the information I need, and I appreciate being able to customize the platform so it functions according to my preferences.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion provides synergy for my staff, unifying individual tasks into a cohesive whole. The organization and customization features are unparalleled and stand out compared to anything else we’ve tried. It’s intuitive and easy for my team to learn quickly, improving our workflow tenfold and supporting both our service and delivery teams through live collaborative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the formatting in Notion challenging, especially when I transfer content from other office tools like Excel or Word. The transition is not always smooth, and the formatting tends to be problematic, particularly with tables and documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion centralizes information, facilitates live collaboration, reduces manual tasks, and allows quick employee training, significantly improving workflow.
