2. Solid integrations that are extremely easy to set up
What do you dislike about the product?
- Almost a little TOO flexible.. Easy to get lost and have things get messy VERY QUICKLY which makes it hard to use sometimes
- I wish there were better and more solid templates to use... There are some good templates for simple things, but I want to recreate linear inside of notion and I would love a template like that. I know it is more complex, but building it from scratch is also hard and I'm not sure I could do it as well as someone else.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives us a place for tracking meetings and planning documents for our engineering organization. If ticket tracking were better inside of Notion (like linear) we would put everything inside of there. The only downside is that because it is so freeform and flexible, engineers lose documents easily and my boss can't ever find anything she wants... But all in all it is the best tool out there by far.
Revolutionizes Workflow with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Workflow!! It is amazing what Notion can do for just a simple flow of work and how that flow of work makes so many other things connect. You'd really have to see/use to understand!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a bit of learning, buy in on the amount of learning to truly feel like a Notion wiz, I can see, can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows! The way information is able to be stored, displayed, organized and presented makes things seamless! It is a see it to believe it kind of solution!
Super Accurate AI Makes Work Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI capability and the fact I can prompt it and it is generally super accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite complex between the desktop and web version and the differences can make it difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to centralise all of my clients operating systems
Ultimate Flexible Workspace with Notion AI Perks
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a unified workspace which is really handy. I love Notion's flexibility as it supports endless use cases, making it quite versatile. The AI agents are another feature I really love because they allow me to automate numerous processes that were manual before, and this significantly speeds up tasks that would take much longer otherwise. Additionally, the database functions and unified environment have worked better for me as a workspace compared to my previous setup with Google Workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more formatting control, but the simplicity is also lovely. It did have a learning curve, but once I grasped the basics it was usable pretty quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a unified workspace to automate and speed up processes, improve my output, and increase efficiency.
Notion is the best tool to store all my knowledge and giving me the best answers from AI
What do you like best about the product?
Notion work as a repository of information. That's a perfect way to organize all the business life (the private life also) and since the integration with AI has been done, I can do almost everything there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is pretty expensive if you need to invite more teammates to work together on the same workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we need to extract the best answers from AI assistants, context is everything. On the other hand, if we use Notion as a Knowledge Base and very well feed, we can automate lots of operations, giving the best results, since Notion has all the context of everything on every project we are working on.
Exceptional AI Integration and Intuitive UX/UI
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely love the AI integration as well as the UX/UI of the website. it's clean and simple layout scratches my brain in such a good way as I head the operations and project management.
My team who has NEVER used the platform before picked it up quickly and easily which made my life easier. We use it for anything from SOP's to marketing planning on a daily basis. The switch from the software we used prior was honestly seamless.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the project management flow/feature was a bit stronger where you can create to-do lists and date them without the need for a database - but I understand it wasn't built primarily for daily use of PM!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's customizable in a way that is minimal and intentional. we like an all in one software that doesn't overwhelm the senses and predicts features we need before we even need to use them!!
User-Friendly and Effective for Note-Taking
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for taking notes during calls, which lets me focus on the call and be present instead of worrying about writing everything down. It's simple, easy, and very user-friendly. I also like using it for a to-do list and keeping track of all my work for the week since it keeps everything in one place and readily available. Planning my week and prioritizing tasks with Notion helps me stay on task and brings clarity to each work day. The initial setup was very easy, and I have been using Notion for many years. It's great that my new employer offers it as a tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Notion subscribe record link doesn't always come up on every call. There have been times where I've had to cancel meetings and push them back. When there's no time to send a formal invite, we use a Zoom link, but once they join, it's not giving me the option to start recording and describing the call.

Ultimate Flexibility and Seamless Organization in One Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility—it adapts to how you think and work rather than forcing you into a rigid system. You can use it as a simple notes app or build powerful databases for projects, tasks, and knowledge, all in one clean, distraction-free workspace. The way everything links together makes organizing ideas feel natural, and it scales smoothly from personal use to team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about **Notion** is that its flexibility can become a drawback—because it can do so much, it’s easy to overcomplicate setups or spend too much time tweaking systems instead of actually working. Performance can slow down with large or complex databases, and offline support is still limited, which makes it less reliable without an internet connection. There’s also a learning curve for advanced features, so new users may feel overwhelmed before they see its full value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform addresses the issue of fragmented tools by combining notes, tasks, databases, and documentation within a single, unified workspace. Rather than constantly switching between different applications, I can keep everything in one connected system, which helps minimize mental effort and reduces the need for context switching. As a result, it becomes much easier for me to organize, locate, and reuse information, and I can adapt my workflows over time without having to rebuild them from the ground up.
Super Clean Interface and Effortless Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Super clean interface, modifiable and very easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI pricing, and i wish i could use it as a rag, but doesnt let me outside of notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become the SOP hub for my business.
