Great tool in progress
What do you like best about the product?
I like its design, it is super clean and clear.
It feels modern and provides a good experience to use (adding images, tables etc is super easy).
I like the flexibility to move the items in the layout, and the breadcrumbs that help navigation.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some bits that could still be improved.
I faced issues when working with tables (app completely frozen when copy pasting items).
I like the favourite section, but maybe it would be nice to have some more ways of saving pages (maybe folders inside favorites?) to keep the pages that you use the most more organized.

Notion is helping us to keep company information organized and accessible.
It helps us with documentation as well as it is pretty easy to collaborate and make modifications.

- not having diagram feature like Figjam
- notion app because I can't open multiple pages at once. (so I use notion with browser)

使い慣れてくると非常に便利なので社内での利用啓発を進めているが、Office系ツールしか使用していない初心者にはやや難しい点があるため。
What do you like best about the product?
１つのチームをマネジメントするのにはAsanaを使用していましたが、
複数チームが連携して稼働するためにはそれぞれの業務管理ボードを連携する必要があり、
その点においてNotionはDatabase同士をLinkすることができるので、非常に便利だと感じています。
また、工数が多い複雑な業務などに対して、表やマニュアルなど様々な情報を含めたテンプレートを作成できるのも使い勝手が良いなと感じています。

What do you dislike about the product?
エクセルやGoogle Sheetと比較して計算以外の関数の種類が少なく特定条件のもとでの特定の引用・表示設定など複雑な表示が使用しずらい点や、条件付き書式の設定ができない点などはもう少し改善いただけるとありがたいなと思っています。また、ZapierでのAPI連携もActionKeyになる点がNew Recordのみなので、たとえば変更が行われた場合や特定の条件のRecordを検索するなど、AsanaくらいまでKeyが増えると自動化が進んでありがたいです。また、Notionをベースにしたフォームの機能を別途契約していますが、本体でもAirtableのようにフォームが作成できる機能が欲しいです。

私は現在、5チーム・40名程度の組織内のワークフロー構築やadministrationの推進を担当しています。過去に小規模のチームのオペレーションマネジメントの経験はありましたが、operation・Designer・Sales・engineerなどMissionの異なる複数の業種チームを連携させるワークフローマネジメントは初めてだったので、これまで各々が使用していたタスク管理ツールを全てNotionに統合することができ非常に助けられています。

Une courbe d'apprentissage rapide, son interface est intuitive et presque tout le monde peut commencer à créer des outils personnalisés pour un usage personnel ou en équipe. Une fois que vous comprenez comment cela fonctionne, vous pouvez commencer à construire d'une simple liste de tâches à un système plus complexe comme un CRM, un outil de planification, etc.
Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
Il n'utilise pas vraiment les relations pour ses bases de données, donc vous devez toujours créer des relations plusieurs-à-plusieurs si vous voulez créer des outils plus complexes. De plus, vous pouvez partager des vues avec des utilisateurs spécifiques de votre équipe ou des invités avec un filtre afin qu'ils ne puissent voir que ce que vous voulez qu'ils voient d'une certaine base de données MAIS vous devez également partager la base de données complète pour qu'ils puissent la voir dans leur vue filtrée. Cela rend la vue filtrée inutile car ils pourront également voir la base de données complète, ce qui leur permet de voir des données que seuls certains utilisateurs devraient pouvoir voir. Ils doivent corriger cela pour que les utilisateurs ne puissent voir que les vues partagées avec chacun sans avoir besoin de leur donner accès à la base de données complète. Sinon, vous devez créer une base de données ou une table pour chaque utilisateur. Ce serait le point le plus faible de Notion.

Cela m'aide à contrôler les tâches pour mes collègues avec un système complet que je mets en place. Puisque nous devons organiser les tâches par client, projet, domaine, etc. C'est presque parfait pour le travail.
Fluid , flexible and straightforward sharable workspace
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to add and edit content. The fluid UI and the smooth additions and interactions make it a delight to work with the tool. In both mobile and web interfaces!
On top, the templates library with great ideas as well as the vast component possibilities make the tool very flexible and innovative in the hands of creative people :)

What do you dislike about the product?
We use the tool as part of our work environment, and the pricing for the team plan feels a bit too much for what we have to get out of it. To circumvent that we use a lot of guest invitations and fewer team members, which are billable.
I would really love to have the possibility to have something between the private full-fledged option and the team plan

L'interface utilisateur agréable, et les bases de données sont excellentes. C'est aussi bien que cela puisse être facilement utilisé par n'importe qui dans l'entreprise.

J'ai soulevé deux tickets qui n'ont pas vraiment été résolus. L'un concernait des fichiers téléchargés qui ont disparu, et l'autre des images. Cela a un peu réduit ma confiance.

Easy-to-use tool for all occasions
What do you like best about the product?
That I can create different views when using databases, e.g. calendar or status. Also, so far I was able to use it on all private and professional occasions to create roadmaps, kanban boards or other updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there were other tools integrations, such as google calendar integration or even Trello to check the status of my to-dos. Other integrations could be Slack (notifications) or Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all notes and views of different projects in one place. I often also create "colourful" overviews and structured layouts of how to use tools and how to go about a strategy.
I love it and I recommend. But I live in Brazil, so I recommend only for those who speak English.

The thing I most like about Notion is that it can be simple and complex at the same time, giving me a lot of possibilities to organize things in my life.

That it is not available in Portuguese, so it's difficult to share with some friends of mine (I live in Brazil)

Amazing product, but expensive enterprise plan
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Notion is the User Experience and User Interface. It is super easy to collaborate in real-time with your colleagues, while at the same time supporting a large number of data types.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the enterprise plan is required for single sign-on and user provisioning. In our opinion, 20 dollars per user is quite the licence fee. We have low margins and can't afford another 20 dollars on top of all the other licence fees a company nowadays require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion acts as a wiki, documentation platform, a company handbook and an intranet (blogs, employee profile: list of all the people that work for us and a personal message), a lot of people use it as a note-taking app.
