Great tool for productivity and small companies, great UX. Young but much potential
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is excellent and smooth, with not many bugs and apps for PCs and phones with all major OSs supported. Sync between devices is fast and reliable and allows you to focus on what matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not that great. Customer-facing direct support, in my experience, has always been entirely useless, and the engineers you refer to afterwards are slightly more helpful. Still, they do not really provide solutions; they often say, "they will implement this or that feature in the future", and then that feature is never heard of again. Notion risks jumping into the Twitter model...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep track of my progress, objectives, sales, and whether I am hitting the goals I impose on myself every week. This is crucial for my job and helps me be more time efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it daily for quick notes. So many various options to keep it organized
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. I love using the platform for how simple and easy it is to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't live without Notion! It's a lifesaver for keeping my schedule and notes all in one place. It is an excellent app for organizing notes and keeping track of everything on the go. It has helped me stay productive while out with friends or doing other things in between work sessions!

What do you like best about the product?
Its extreme customizability lends itself well to a variety of use-cases both personally and professionally. It is easy to use and get started with a variety of templates and editing options available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blank canvas nature of the interface can be daunting to some people. Calendar and other integrations can be improved - although that is in the pipeline from what I understand. More tutorials for older/less tech-savvy customers would also be helpful (especially in team/enterprise contexts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one task manager, notes repository, knowledge base, document / work center and more. The unified interface with interlinking helps keep things organized, optimize for more time and efficiency and improve productivity and performance.
Wiki platform with powerful table
What do you like best about the product?
The table view works like Excel. It will be perfect if it can do more like Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Normal table is hard to be manipulated. For example, deleting multiple rows or deleting multiple columns is impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to use Notion for Knowledge management. Also to record notes, memos, and everything that can be shared between teams.
It solves a lot of problems and keeps me organized

I really like the API for the most part i have created several larger backend applications that allow me and my team to work more efficiently !

you can start with a blank page, or use a template. they're always rolling out updates. it's a platform that works for any team or task. it has extensive integrations.

while there are a wide range of features, a lot of them are half finished. e.g. relations and rollups lack enough functionality to actually be useful. no offline mode.

it's acting as a project management platform for engineering. it maintains our action items, meeting minutes, order tracking, reference guides, and more. It's nice having it all on one service rather than spread across 5

I have the advantage of being able to write, organize, and edit at will.

For first-time users, it may be difficult to expand and use various functions. It takes time to get used to. But once you get used to it, it is an indispensable item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize and share. Organize and share is the key to all work. In particular, well-organized content has the advantage of being able to quickly remember and check the next time you find it.

Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
Mon plus grand agacement : Vous pouvez facilement imbriquer des pages les unes dans les autres, créant ainsi des hiérarchies explicites, mais il n'y a aucun moyen de faire en sorte que la barre latérale s'étende pour montrer où vous vous trouvez actuellement.
Je ne comprends pas entièrement leur modèle de données, et parfois il semble que vous en ayez besoin. Par exemple, vous découvrirez que vous ne pouvez pas supprimer une colonne d'un tableau. Je suppose que les tableaux sont implémentés comme une base de données, et qu'il a choisi ce champ comme identifiant principal que vous ne pouvez pas supprimer. Vous devez donc échanger les choses pour mettre votre identifiant réel dans cette colonne, puis supprimer l'autre colonne.
J'aimerais qu'ils aient un modèle clair pour les pages spécifiques à l'utilisateur. Par exemple, je peux créer une page privée et y ajouter des personnes manuellement, mais ce serait bien si chaque utilisateur avait une page par défaut et pouvait créer des sous-pages pour des sujets spécifiques.
Il y a un comportement un peu défectueux autour de la conversion automatique depuis Markdown, surtout si vous collez des sections avec un formatage de code. Il essaie de transformer les blocs de code en code en ligne et cela crée un peu de désordre.

Mon équipe l'utilise pour presque tous nos documents d'architecture et de planification. Nous pouvons facilement inclure des captures d'écran, des vidéos et des diagrammes architecturaux. Les fonctionnalités de commentaire facilitent la discussion de points spécifiques.
