Powerful AI Writing Assistant and Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Notion helps me get things done for work, like handling documents, databases, and project planning. It keeps me organized and productive. The databases are so powerful that I find myself using them wherever and however I can. The integration with Slack is also a plus. Setting up Notion was very easy, and I found the onboarding process to be quite good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could pin tabs for easy access. Also, sometimes pages crash if they have too much on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for documents, databases, and project planning. It helps keep me organized and productive. The powerful databases are something I find myself using everywhere and in various ways.
Comprehensive Yet Overwhelming, But Worth Mastering
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion helps me do things in a faster and more streamlined way. The keyboard shortcuts make things really quick. I also appreciate how everything is very interconnected and how I can create databases to store everything in an organized way. It's incredibly valuable for keeping all my information centralized, which saves me a lot of time. With Notion, everything is in one place, eliminating the need for multiple apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I just need, like, more courses on how to use Notion to its fullest. I think it's pretty overwhelming software. If I could just have a bunch of help guides and you know, have them emailed to me and just, like, learn things about Notion and things I could integrate with my Notion. Not easy. I had to pay for a course to learn how to set up my command center. There's a lot of templates out there, but it's hard to know which is the best one. Notion is pretty difficult software to get set up and to use it correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes all my information, making task-related notes accessible within project portals. It streamlines my work, with keyboard shortcuts enhancing speed and organization. It's valuable for managing ideas and tasks in one place, saving me time as an executive juggling multiple roles.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI functionality is beyond any other project management software out there. The amount of work and time saving effects the AI tool has is worth more than the current price paid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is still in early stages and sometimes can have a hard time making complex projects or has errors relating to those projects. Though a work around is to simply create the projects in chunks to avoid this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to streamline my calendar, email, and project management into one software and ecosystem!

It’s a little overwhelming at first because there is so much that can be created. It feels like we have nearly scratched the surface of its full potential.

I love the creativity and sleek design of Notion, where I can keep everything in one area. I also appreciate the ease of design and flexibility it offers, which led me to switch from Google. The initial setup was easy with the help of a few YouTube tutorials.

I wish there were more options for colors, emojis and overall design on the pages.

The list feature is the best for me because it's visible and lets me check off tasks, helping me keep track of my progress. I also like the simple color theme—black and white does not overwhelm me. Having everything all in one spot is the most helpful feature. I have used Notion for years and historically data is very important to me as a grow my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually set up a scrum board before Status column types existed so I have never upgraded because I don't want to break any historical information. But other than that I am very happy with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to ignore JIRA completely, which is a huge plus. I use it everyday.

I love how Notion helps me manage everything by keeping it all in one place and letting me organize things my way. The ability to customize and build my own systems is great, plus having templates available provides a nice option if I don't want to start from scratch. I've loved the AI Meeting Notetaker lately because it's thorough and helpful, and it's awesome that it saves notes directly in the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI notes sometimes get the callers confused. It'd also be nice to get access to some more complex templates that have multiple templates built in, like teamspace templates.

Notion keeps everything in one place, organizing my business, homeschool, and life effectively. I appreciate its customizability and template options, which offer guidance without restricting creativity. The AI Meeting Notetaker is thorough and helpful, though sometimes confuses callers.

Additionally, starting with available templates and then customizing them makes the setup process easy for me.

AI or opening new pages often lag, it's very annoying as it often takes a long time to load something I need immediately.
