A great Digital Ai Based Task Optimizer
What do you like best about the product?
i am using notion since past 6 months and i realize that the smoothness of this tool is insane and this is all in one solution for every task or problem , becasue if i have any doubt so i simply Click " space " bar and it opened a personal assistant that help for solving any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
so when i open notion then i lost in that because it has lot's of features and i confused, this is not a dislike but yaa it is hard to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
so basically i am a prompt engineer so when i write prompt then i face multiple mistakes then i simply solve from ai assistance and i also use this for documenting my all daily, monthly tasks.

Free version of product, boards. AI integration

App sometimes goes wild, maybe some improvement in navigation

As a small business marketer I often work with several projects with different companies. So notion is the best way for me to start efficent commenication with my clients and share task progress, content creating and so on

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to use and perfect for writing meeting notes and assembling documents.

Might seem like too much work at the initial stage.

It has boosted productivity of the team tremendously as well as kept things organised.

It giving user freedom to note down everything in a daily basis, so that user can easily come to it and note down their learnings and todo things.
The most flexible project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion only took a few days to get familiar with. It's flexible, affordable, and can be used for a multitude of use cases. It's become my go-to place to organize project details, plan a campaign, and store knowledge that can be accessed across the org.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience Notion has less advanced project management tools that enterprise companies might need. For example, automations that can send alerts to specific people in the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps provide more visibility into the org for what everyone is working on and where the org is headed.

Affordable and Easy to Use Wiki for a Small Team
What do you like best about the product?
I was a first time user of Notion when I started at my new company, and I was able to navigate and start contributing to our company Wiki within the first week - extremely easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not in love with the UI of Notion. It's a pretty blank space and you can't make many edits to that - maybe I still need to learn more about it, but I think it could be easier on the eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses Notion as a knowledge hub for the entire company. If it's not in Notion, did it even happen? From internal HR documents, to Sales Playbooks, and Marketing and Sales updates - it's in there.
