Great but not with issues
What do you like best about the product?
Great with managing workflows and scheduling.

Not as intuitive as I would have liked. AI tool keeps crashing.

Nice AI writing for checking gramma and summary for content
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the grammar check and summary feature in the AI writing. However, I reach the limitations in the organization. Hope this can be unlimited for user.

I want to get a feature to just pin others in my page, not sharing, just a reminder for others.

It is a really nice and quick way to write note. The app and website are both smoother than sharepoint.
AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The AI Writing Assistant has saved me so much time and helped me to set up robust processes throughout all aspects of my business. I need to outsource less, and hire less which helps keep costs down - a critical factor for a small business. Also, having the AI assistant builtinto Notion where I run the busniess, it is a seamless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a steep learning curve to setup everything to suit my business. Templates are helpful to a point but to get the most out of it takes time to get right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving problems around copywriting whereby I can take an interview which might be over a thousand words, and Notion AI will summarise it for me in seconds. The accuracy and intelligence of Notion AI to understand what's important and to structure the responses is incredible. Notion also helps me to setup and follow workflow processes with ease - whether that is AI developing these processes, or myself constructing them to suit out operations. The beauty of this is the interface, and ease of use in finding these processes, and actually using them which has been a problem personally for me in the past. Lastly, the flexibility and power of Notion to be a Task Manager, Financial Assistant, HR Assistant, Client Work and Operations Manager allows me to remove so many other programs from our Software suite.

What do you like best about the product?
I can store all my notes and lists in the same platform and access them using my mobile phone or work/personal computer. It also has AI option which saves a lot of time and help me to improve my writings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't simply use my iPad and apple pencil for handwriting notes and drawing in a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can easily turn my notes to a writing or email woth AI option. I can even use the AI for organizing my notes.

the organization of different pages for all stages of ideas, both personal and professional. The AI assist feature is really helpful for generating skeletons of ideas and simplifying wording

tutorials on templates would be helpful, had to find those from different sources

Notion helps avoid staring at a blank page for hours. The AI writing assist feature has been an essential tool for generating ideas, and also summarizing notes into quick bullet point action items.

Notion AI provides quick and accurate answers to questions much like Chat GPT.

Notion AI is not great at generating coherent responses in a conversational context. It lacks creativity and imagination in generating responses compared to Chat GPT. It also struggles to handle open-ended questions.

I enjoy how there are different aspects to using notion. I also enjoy how there are different ways to save each page in order to best navigate. I use notion on a dialy basis to best guide my thoughts.

In the beginning, it was tough trying to use Notion AI and get it to generate to the correct prompt.
