All-in-One Business Hub That Streamlines Everything
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked that you can have all in plattform as a hub for the business all from tasks, CRM etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a bit on the CRM part as im used to hubspot being better in this area, but i havent explored enough yet i feel

Main problem is having a clear overview of my tasks and business strategies in one spot

What do you like best about the product?
That it is so customisable for any digital ideas and allows me to keep all my digital notes and assets together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating templates requires a rebuild of database links etc. Not accepting some file formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything accessable and together. The ai now helps surface relevant material and setup custom processes for me.
Effortless Idea Organization and Powerful AI Note-Taking
What do you like best about the product?
An easy place to write down different ideas and have the AI tool create different tables and organizational layouts. The Notion AI note taking feature is fantastic as well and help with project management in a way that makes actionable items, as well as capture the important information on during the meeting.Im personally scratching the surface of the tool but its amazing. Very easy to use even for someone who doesn't do all their work on the computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is more of an issue on my end but it would be nicer to organize things into tabs on the side for different items. Again I think this is more of how I am using it and I am sure there is a feature I am missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me put all my notes and task lists in one place to reference while also leveraging a solid AI tool. Essentially it replaces the notebook and is easily accessed across any web based platform.
Highly Customizable, User-Friendly, Perfect for Note-Taking
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as an AI writing assistant, and it helps me make notes from meetings which is really beneficial. I like the layout and the ability to customize it according to my needs. The 'call out' feature is another favorite of mine because I think it's a great way to highlight specific information. The initial setup of Notion was very easy, which is always a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to write with my Apple Pencil and for it to type it up.

Personalized CRM Made Easy with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to navigate Notion as a personalized CRM. I also really like the ability to personalize the CRM using AI to create the functions I want with natural language. The AI tool really helped make the initial setup fairly straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the ability to link Notion with Google Calendar would be very helpful.

Notion provides a personalized CRM that's easy to navigate and lets me use AI to create custom functions with natural language.
Efficient and Aesthetic with a Handy AI Boost
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI function in Notion for turning text into graphs, tables, and visuals, as it is better suited for the content. It saves me a ton of time in formatting because I can simply highlight large blocks of text, and it does the work for me instead of manually creating tables and copying text into each square. Notion is also very efficient and aesthetic, and I use the free plan even for my own personal projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well the AI function doesn't work so well on formulas or automation. Sometimes it doesn't understand how to 'convert' the data. For example, I needed ROI as a formula and it kept spitting out wrong numbers or in formats that don't make sense for ROI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves task misalignment with its templates and saves me a ton of time by using AI to auto-format large blocks of text into visuals like graphs and tables.
Unmatched AI Capabilities and Effortless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's AI capability is second to none. Having multiple LLM options built in, along with the ability to provide grounding content through pages and transcribed meeting notes making getting a leg up and starting work very easy. Works very well as well for querying a space when multiple team members are contributing to content within it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iPad OS version is a little tricky to use on iPad Mini.

Works as a great space to share information and build operating spaces across team.
Flexible Organizer with a Slight Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to organize my daily tasks, store notes, and plan both work and personal projects. It helps me stay organized and keeps everything in one place instead of being spread across different apps. I like how clean and flexible it is. It adapts well to different workflows and grows with my needs. The block-based editor and database make a big difference. Being able to mix text, tasks, tables, and views on the same page lets me set things up in a way that fits how I work. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can feel a bit heavy at times, and some features take effort to learn. It feels a little slow sometimes, and a few features aren't very intuitive at first.

Notion is Great for Project Management and Life Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great in that it is very customizable for all my project management, notes, even helping me organize my personal life. The pages and databases are feature areas I use all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was on the first personal plan and had the AI addon. I was forced to join the business account which cost significantly more..... I feel this transition should have happened smoother over time so the sudden price shock wouldn't be as impactful.
Also, I have been asking Notion support to add this one feature for years now but they haven't: the feature is the ability to set the width to "Full Width" for all pages by default, via a toggle. Would be very easy to do, other Notion users have told me they want it, but Notion has not taken note.
The weakness for Notion is it doesn't handle photo and video galleries very well, its very clunky to manage photo libraries in Notion.

Notion helps me design a project management area where I can sort different data, notes, etc... into different sections and then publish or share them to my colleagues.
AI Writing Assistant and Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Notion is. It's so easy to customize a dashboard for design needs or for project management specifics, and it's just incredibly easy to use. You can customize it however you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, everything works pretty well for what I want it to be. I would just say, I can't wait for the AI notes to keep evolving.

Notion solves having everything in one place, making it easy to find and link information. It's our one-stop place for everything on the digital design side, keeping all meeting notes together, unlike Google Docs where things were getting lost.
