My go-to writing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I only use a fraction of what Notion can do but all the same, I find it both useful and elegant compared with the alternatives. I like the AI feature enough to pay for it without grumbles and find it useful as a co-worker/assistant when I want a view on different ways of putting words together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the word-processing features seem a bit clunky, due to the UI implementation. Text transformation in particular feels cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a designer, I find the AI feature helpful for generating alternative copy suggestions.

What do you like best about the product?
As a pastor, sermon prep is an important role I perform weekly. Having the ability to create templates that help me streamline my process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike but it's so much more I can be using this tool for and I haven't scratched the surface.

I've been using Notion on and off for a while and now it become part of my daily routine with the influence of AI writing assistant.

UI can be improve more and so as templates

As a nonnative speaker, the AI category is really helpful, and I use the ‘improve writing’ and ‘expand’ features a lot during writing, while some of the other features are also helpful. ‘Explain this’ and ‘translate’ are features I like to use when taking notes.

I love the AI integration feature, it makes drafting new policies for my company such a breeze!

I don't love how there's little flexibility with where you can place text boxes, I'm used to OneNote that allow more freedom

It is a great platform for our company to house all of our policies and procedures with an easy to use search function

its a great bridge between the organised and the creatives in the business, its a great way to commubnicate and i find it works well for me as a creative who is quite visual.

it started off quite confusing and it took time to get used too, i could have done with a walk through of the software. i also feel there is so much i am yest to even discover and utilise that could be really helpful.

It was not so straightforward to break down my routine to start using notion AI, but once I have found the right template, it became so intuitive.
Now I am unable to do without it.
All my content is tracked, managed and organised. I use notion AI to help me edit existing posts and repurpose.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well obviously you now need to pay a subscription for each notion seat but also need to pay separately for the AI features, which quickly adds up.
I would love to have AI features integrated by default without premium.

I use it mostly for my personal content management and to repurpose existing content
Proofreading is more efficient

I like the overall user interface and compatibility to add multiple functionalities, such as calendar, boards, and notes all in one place

I think it gets a bit confusing sometimes when opening windows.
