How notion helps me get A’s
What do you like best about the product?
I love that notion helps me be a better student by letting me divert my attention fully to my classwork and not worry that I’m either not writing down the lecture fully or I’m missing something. I use it as an AI writing assistant to help me write out my lecture notes, and as a project management tool to stay on top of all of my assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. It’s extremely user friendly, has great tutorials if you ever get stuck, and can be used in so many different creative ways. My only tip is for the mobile version, it would be great if I could access Notion and Notion calendar in the same app as opposed to different ones!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write and type pretty slow, and can never fully write down the full lecture before my professor has moved on to the next topic. Notion makes sure I don’t miss anything, and also will help me generate class notes based on what information is valuable or not. This helps me be a better student and helps me be able to fully give my professor my attention during class.

What I like best about Notion is its incredible flexibility and all-in-one workspace. It allows me to take notes, manage projects, build databases, and collaborate with others seamlessly—all in one place. The interface is clean and highly customizable, so I can structure pages exactly how I want without feeling limited by rigid templates. I also love how easy it is to link pages together, turning information into a connected knowledge base. Whether for personal organization or team collaboration, Notion adapts to almost any workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can feel a bit slow and heavy at times, especially with large databases or complex pages. Offline functionality is also limited, which can be frustrating when working without a stable internet connection. Additionally, while the flexibility is a huge strength, it can be overwhelming for new users who may struggle to find the best way to structure their workspace at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize all my learning materials in one structured and easily accessible place. I can create pages for different topics, link related content, and store notes, videos, and references together, which saves me a lot of time searching for information. Its flexible layout lets me build a personalized learning hub that fits my study style, helping me stay focused, consistent, and more productive.

Saving me time by using AI for searching of data and knowledge as well as creating easily readable documents for business users
A great site for digital content workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's clear interface and customisable pages, which we have used to create great workflows for digital content, encompassing links, media, text and comments. It's very user friendly, and we use it every day. It can be set up to be highly collaborate, and have handy bookmarks for notetaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only small issue I can think is that I would like to upload more than one media file at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a clear and collaborate work flow for delegating, gathering material, and review contenting. It also acts as a place to store notes and ideas for generating content.
Notion's UI Has Won Me Over from Word
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of notion is amazing. I find myself utilizing Notion over Word although Word is engraved in my head. Notion has really grown on myself and my team at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find some functionalities such as 'starting a new line' harder, such as pages where you can't click next to one to press enter and start a line after it and between the next line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use for Notion has helped with my task keeping tremendously alone, however, the customizability and numerous ways to utilize Notion has made my OCD brain so happy!
Versatile Tool with Great Features but Needs Mobile Optimization
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for organizing my business tasks because it helps me consolidate everything in one place, from launching courses to revamping my blog. The AI feature makes note-taking for meetings a breeze. I also find the financial and marketing templates extremely useful, along with the ability to upload CSVs. Notion's integration capabilities, especially with apps like ChatGPT and Google Dashboard, streamline my workflow. Plus, it's affordable and offers a robust suite of features to effectively manage projects, teams, and brainstorming sessions. A bonus is the Notion calendar, which integrates all my calendars seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the mobile app underwhelming, particularly on iPads, where it doesn't work great. This is frustrating because I use iPads a lot, and improving how the app functions on this device would be incredibly helpful.

Great Templates and Formatting, but Steeper Learning Curve Than Google Docs

I like the templates that you can choose from, ease of being able to build different formats in a doc, ease of putting in pictures and graphics

Find it harder to learn and more confusing than google docs

Our EPD team mostly stores all of their work there so I go there to review it more so than to actually draft things in it. I like the notion Ai function
Effortless Table Creation with AI Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to make tables using the AI tool that would otherwise take me a lot of manual entry

Not super intuitive sometimes on how to do things.
