Notion's Flexibility Has Transformed My Business Operations
What do you like best about the product?
I've built my entire business operations in Notion over the past few years... CRM, production tracking, SOPs, coaching curriculum, everything. The flexibility to structure data exactly how I need it has been unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
It used to be a little slow but they've fixed that now. I'm on an annual plan and the only option to try notion AI was a full annual upgrade rather than monthly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion: My Daily Workspace Essential with Handy Features, Though AI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very easy to use and has become my go-to notebook for my workspace. It offers some great features, such as allowing me to launch my notes directly as a website and providing AI assistance whenever I get stuck. Getting started is simple—just sign up and begin. I use Notion almost every day, and it integrates smoothly with my office applications. So far, I haven't encountered any issues that required support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion's AI features aren't that helpful. They need some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion really organized all of my notes at one place which is really important to me.

There are too many notifications, and I wish there were more options available for customizing them.

Notion has been instrumental in helping us create and organize our business SOPs, and it serves as an excellent tool for managing tasks and projects across our entire team.

The knowledge base is easy to search, which helps employees stay informed about updates and procedures. I really appreciate the AI feature!

At times, the page creation tool can be a bit glitchy.

Notion helps ensure that all employees stay informed when changes happen. This has been beneficial for us, as it reduces the time spent on calls by making it easy for employees to quickly find the information they need.
Notion: Essential for Grad School with Powerful AI Features and Easy Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has become an essential tool for me, serving as a central hub for all my lecture notes. It has truly transformed my experience in graduate school. The AI recording feature allows me to capture audio from lectures, and the ability to summarize those notes has been invaluable for exam preparation. Notion also makes it much easier to prepare reports, especially when I need to reference lecture material. Setting it up was straightforward, and the overall implementation has been excellent. I find myself using Notion four to five times a week. At the moment, I’m not using any integrations, since I keep everything organized within Notion itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a bit more challenging to critique because the platform is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. The only potential downside is the initial learning curve when getting started with Notion. However, once you become familiar with it, the platform becomes very easy to use and navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I take lecture notes, Notion enables me to record information much faster than writing by hand. As a result, I can focus more on the lecture itself and participate more actively, whether that means asking follow-up questions or responding to the professor’s prompts.

What do you like best about the product?
The layout is super clean, no fluff, no unnecessary UI bloat. For someone who struggles with focus, it’s been incredible both for staying on task and for building and aligning on team pages. It creates structure without being overwhelming, which makes it way easier to stay organized and actually get things done.

Notion truly stands out as a flawless productivity app, there's nothing negative I can say about it.

How versatile it is. It not only helps me stay organized but I can store my notes from classes, keep deadlines and get help with study terms with the AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a student, I’d love to see the integration of a student friendly plan for Notion premium. Budgets can be tight so if there was an option to verify my enrolment and save some money that would be helpful.

keeps everything organized and all in one place. I struggled with having too many softwares all doing different things (one for deadlines, one for notes, etc.) and Notion allows me to keep it all together and keep me as organized as possible.
Powerful Organization and Knowledge Management with Even More Future Potential
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to organize layers of notes, create entire boards and databases of information that can be tracked over time, and how I can create private pages even within public teams. I use it personally, at work, and for my personal business. It's been a game changer to be able to centralize all of the knowledge base that our team needs, as well as keep track of active projects and have a historical view of what has been done. It's been incredibly easy to set up and expand, and there's plenty of resources out there to help you learn how to grow it well beyond how I use it on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope in the future, Notion will continue to build out their database functionality in relation to the calendar, similarly to a Asana or Monday.com. It would be incredibly convenient to have all of the notes, files, projects, and links in one spot alongside our entire team's production schedule and progress tracking. If they could take notes from Asana and Jira and implement that into a database flow that can be connected and shared across multiple pages and users. I don't know if there would be any reason to have other products integrated because it would all be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us centralize knowledge within the company, as well as keep track of project details surrounding individual clients, contracts, and third-party partners. It also gives us a broader view of all the meetings happening across our organization.
