Notion: My Second Brain, But Complexity Can Be Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
In love how I can organise all my ideas and resoiurces in one place, which I call a second brain on Notion
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the complexity of the product, where it could have been simpler- like databases and tables- you don't get all information in one glance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I treat it like a mind directory, storing all kinds of information from work nptes to fitness goals. I like it as a source of truth file for myself.
Flexible and Customizable: Notion Lets Me Create and Share with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion every day. I love that it allows complete flexibility to create anything I want. It's so easy that I use it to organize my whole digital life, work with customers (everything from my CRM to creating workbooks and dashboards to manage the course), and create personal pages (grocery lists, journal entries, etc.). I also love that I can connect pages very easily, integrate other products I use, and my favorite feature is making my pages a template to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but then I realized how many uses it had and why it was nice to start each page from scratch. Now I can find templates for complex things and make my own aesthetic pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to create custom pages for each of my clients. I have the ability to provide a completely personalized experience for each client using Notion. And while I can provide a customizable experience for my clients, Notion allows me to duplicate pieces I've already created and reuse them for other clients, which saves me a ton of time.
Notion: Essential Daily Organization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's organization tools from basic documents and complex databases to AI capabilities like meeting notes and summaries are incredibly useful. It is a daily staple in my workflow professionally and personally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hopefully Notion will have broader AI features in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me organize deep, complex projects, tasks and information.
A MUST have tool for private or business use that will allow you to scale from day one and beyond!
What do you like best about the product?
Since learning about Notion when I started my new job, within weeks I had contracted my own personal workspace. The platform is a life changer for me (struggles to stay organized) or has a thousand ideas that I want to write down, rabbit-hole into with hours of research.
The tool has allowed me to organize my life and work, stay on top of tasks at work or even at home and the AI feature since being added and expanded has been a game changer, its so helpful and powerful that we have an entire company (at my job) using it to find and navigate the sea of information that is Notion, overcoming one of the pain point we were experiencing.
If you private user, get it - If you are a small or large company, get it! Ease of use is amazing and can house data, meeting notes, projects etc.

Its so powerful that I really feel I am not be getting the most out of it, I wish I could more easily learn about how to integrate it and connect to other core tools. For now, lots of Googling and Youtube and Templates. (The AI feature is helping though).

Helping organize tasks, coordinate on Projects for different team and departments.
Steep Learning Curve but Comprehensive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Notion serves as an all-in-one platform, simplifying my workflow by allowing me to organize, write, and manage projects in a single place. I love the writing tools and AI features that keep me focused by offering context without leaving the page. The clean and uncluttered interface makes editing documents straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the onboarding process difficult with Notion because it has a steep learning curve. The software comes with a lot of features, which aren't super intuitive to understand, especially when setting up specific things like Kanban boards and databases to suit my business needs. Although I managed to get accustomed to it eventually, the initial setup was quite challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize my projects and tasks, solving the issue of using multiple platforms. It allows me to organize work in one place, enhancing productivity with Kanban boards and document management.
Great for Recording Meetings and Building Databases
What do you like best about the product?
Recording meeting sessions and taking notes, building databases and helping with overall functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it works great and everything is super functional.

Great for Knowledge Management, but Needs Image Cropping Feature
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily I can store information, and use pages within my pages to integrate features. I also love the databases and what a great way they are for sorting and storing information, in paticular because each entry has a whole page associated where I can fill it with info or only see the important bits in an overview, this is great for my knowledge managment. I also love the AI writing assistant which gives me great help to summarize information that I have collected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant crop my images. And the diagram fucntionality is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding it a great way to capture all the research I am doing by using a database to store it that i can tag, see when i last read a certain paper, hold the pdf, and the notes that I take, so i only need to refer to the one data base. I can also link that to another page with a filtered view for select topics. I also really like that when i want to cross check something or find out more info I can use the AI chatbot to help me, or give me further info, or condense my research into an easy to read summary. This saves me heaps of time
Great Organization and AI Features, but Overwhelming Customization Options
What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps me keep everything organized, not just by page but also across my entire workspace, ensuring that each item is sorted into its own category. I appreciate how it allows me to link between different pages for quicker reference and easier searching. The AI has been especially helpful, saving me a lot of time when building and organizing both new and existing pages. It makes sure everything looks clean, easy to read and understand, and adds a bit of 'personality,' so my notes never feel like just boring blocks of text. I love that I can start the notes on my phone, and continue to my other devices such as tablet, or laptop, and viseversa. Everything is so perfectly synchronized it's a tool you truly use not only anytime and all day, but also everyday. Love that I can easy share my notes, and just exactly I want to show without the fear of something accidentally leaking, as well as protection level.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my personal opinion, what I find challenging is actually one of the best features of this product: the sheer number of options available to customize your page and the format of your notes. While this flexibility is impressive, it can become overwhelming when you're trying to create the 'perfect' page and can't decide which format, tools, or charts to use because there are simply too many choices. As a result, something that began as a 'simple' note can easily turn into a lengthy collection of notes, almost like a novel.

Notion: My Go-To Platform for Work and Personal Use
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion since 2022, and it's far & away my favorite platform. It's clean & easy to use. You can use it for literally everything work & personal. It's secure, they continuously roll out new features. I can't imagine using another platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. It's been an invaluable resource.

I can create content and easily share it out with the right people. It helps me share my work in a protected, but open-source
Great for Organization, but Task Layout Can Be Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to keep everything organized in one place. Not only can I manage my schedule, but I can also store files and link everything together seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find it challenging to create a layout that makes task management effective without feeling overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've always preferred using paper, but Notion makes it simple to keep everything organized online in a user-friendly way. The AI writing assistant is especially helpful, as it can expand on my notes for me. This feature has been very useful, allowing me to take less detailed notes during class while still capturing all the important information.
