What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how it keeps everything organized in one place. I can take notes, manage tasks, create databases, and even plan projects all within the same app. Its flexibility lets me customize pages and workflows exactly how I want, which makes staying productive and on top of work really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can feel a bit slow, especially when pages get large or have lots of content. It also has a learning curve for beginners, since there are so many features and ways to organize things. Sometimes, finding the right template or setting up a workflow takes more time than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of keeping work, notes, and projects organized in one place. It helps me track tasks, plan projects, and store important information without juggling multiple apps. This makes staying productive, managing time, and finding information much easier and faster.

The flexibility to design tailored dashboards, databases, and automations makes it feel like software built specifically for me. Its integration capabilities and aesthetic design make daily execution smoother, faster, and more intentional.

At times, syncing large databases or switching between heavy pages can feel slightly slow, and mobile editing could be more fluid. Other than that, Notion keeps evolving and improving—every update brings it closer to perfection.

Notion eliminates the chaos of using multiple disconnected tools by combining notes, task management, databases, and automations into one unified system. It’s the backbone of my company’s internal operations — from project tracking and deal pipelines to content calendars and team documentation. Everything runs through Notion, giving me complete visibility and control across every area of execution. It’s allowed me to scale faster, reduce miscommunication, and centralize all information in one visually clean, high-performance workspace.

I appreciate Notion's flexibility and the ability it provides to create personalized or customizable dashboards. This level of customization enables me to design solutions tailored to my own requirements rather than relying on templated solutions or standard SaaS tools. I find the databases and template database pages to be incredibly useful in my daily operations. The platform's visualizations allow me to create mini dashboards directly within Notion, enhancing the way I manage information and track processes. Additionally, Notion serves as my CRM, sales tracker, company knowledge base, and meeting recorder, seamlessly integrating various aspects of my business operations. The AI features that I've been experimenting with recently have proven to be quite promising. Overall, I've had no inclination to switch to other vendors because Notion meets my needs effectively. If I were to purchase it again, its inherent stickiness and customizability would be driving factors.

I found setting up Notion to be a bit challenging initially due to the abundance of features and the learning curve associated with understanding the paradigm differences between traditional document management and Notion's approach with documents, folders, and pages.

The ability to connect databases, tag content, and collaborate in real time has made it our single source of truth for cross-functional work. It’s powerful, customizable, and simple enough that the entire team actually wants to use it.

Seamless Database Integration and Efficient Page Generation with Agents
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to integrate and ask questions to different databases. ie. Notion, JIRA, slack. Also, the addition of agents have increased the efficiency when generating certain pages
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the chat glitches and nothing happens when I submit the first message. Also, when using the notion app, the chat isn't be able to generate the answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General Business Question, easier research within JIRA tickets for similar problems, creating second-brain productivity template, generating quick templates to help with daily tasks, and integrating with JIRA for a quick one-stop shop
