What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to stay organized, and also the AI assistant.

Highly Customizable, AI Enhancements Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly useful for organizing and managing various aspects of my life and work, including personal calendars, emails, and maintaining contact and promotion levels for a nonprofit organization. I appreciate its customizable database management features, which were a significant factor in my transition from using a homemade SQL database. The ease of building and integrating databases, even for someone with a database background, stands out. I particularly appreciate the AI and its recent enhancements, which have greatly assisted me, along with the ability to use multiple databases within a view. This makes data management seamless across different workspaces and organizations, ultimately integrating everything into a centralized dashboard. The ongoing updates and integration of new features, as well as the capability to build complex systems within databases and dashboards, encourage me to continue using Notion. I also regularly use Notion with other tools like Google, Discord, YouTube, and the Microsoft suite, which enhances my productivity. It’s these features that make me happy to maintain a paid account and consider purchasing it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements in the AI interface, as it sometimes gets stuck or loops during tasks. This can disrupt the flow of work, so having a smoother AI functionality would be highly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage a large organization, maintain contacts, handle promotions, and other tasks, keeping everything updated and organized.
Intuitive Document Management with Some Export Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Notion provides an easy-to-use document creation and organization system, making it extremely beneficial for handling my documentation and creating shared documents. The document design and search features are particularly valuable to me because they help streamline my workflow and maintain an organized digital workspace. Additionally, I enjoy the web site creation capabilities and the AI functionality, which adds a new level of efficiency to my routine tasks. The setup process was straightforward, and I particularly love how easy it is to navigate compared to other tools, with more straightforward functionality. Notion stands out due to its ability to easily integrate with other tools like Google Drive and email, which enhances my productivity and supports a seamless workflow.

I would change some of the export functions to facilitate easier creation of exportable documents with minimal steps.

Notion: A 1 Stop-Shop
What do you like best about the product?
How it is a one stop shop for everything organization and planning. I use Notion for everything in my life and business from content creation calendars & follow-ups to Meal Planners and Journalling
What do you dislike about the product?
I love so many things about notion it is hard to find faults but if I had to give something I would say that sometime building formulas and to connect things between 2 separate data tables can be a bit complicated and not super user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to eliminate having my info in so many different software's and places and consolidate everything together which increases my efficiency and allows me to find things quicker and easier.
User-Friendly Project Management, But Needs Better Data Import Options
What do you like best about the product?
It has so many project management options that are straight forward, easy to understand and simple to set up. It’s user friendly and really motivates you to stay organized and up to date on tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could take info from other programs - such as Excel - and plug it in. I’m not sure if that’s an option that exists and I’ve missed it, but it would be great to have similar capabilities on Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping for my team of 6 people to see who is working on what tasks, give everyone easy access to project info and our library on contacts is able to be kept in one place.
Notion: A Creative Haven That Adapts to You!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how it feels like an external brain that understands my creative chaos. My ideas rarely arrive in straight lines. They show up as sketches, half-sentences, voice memos, and bursts of inspiration at midnight. Notion gives those fragments a home.
I love that Notion doesn’t box me in! It’s not telling me how to be organize! The platform listens to how I already create and gently builds a structure around that. When I open my workspace, it feels like stepping into a studio rather than an app! Fluid, collaborative, and endlessly adaptable.

Notion brings all my thoughts into one living, breathing space where my imagination can actually stay organized without losing its spontaneity. It turns chaos into a system that still feels human.
Intuitive UI and No Limits, But Requires a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Love how Notions UI / UX is easy to understand. Love how there’s no memory limit (that I know of at least)

If you don’t learn how to use it well, I can see people getting lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily around organization and project management. We frequently have new projects that come up and need to spin up a page to track workstreams and notes

What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows us to keep all of our mission, critical data stored in one place that can be easily searched.
What do you dislike about the product?
You run into roadblocks needing to access more features and you have to upgrade frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows us to collaborate with all the individuals in our company, allowing each person to contribute two different projects and stored data that they learned throughout the day.
