Centralized Knowledge Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it so easy to consolidate our knowledge into a single database with actionable tags. The templates provide consistency to keep our team on the same page. We can easily locate documentation without duplicating or creating different versions with outdated information, which happens with many other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is very robust and if you want to get deep into its capabilities, you may need to review some online training and think carefully through what you want your pages to look like and how to setup permissioning if sharing anything with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a central location for all of our business help documentations and database notes. Through Notion's features, tags, databases, and pages, we can easily make it a searchable one stop shop.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility of the platform and how creative I can get when designing my tabs and organizing all my projects. I also love how much I can customize the format and add anything from a sub page to a pie chart with just a click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will highlight a word for spell check but won't let me select it to try to find the correct spelling or add to the dictionary. Other times it will automatically update a word. I hate having the red squiggly lines in my writing so my only gripe is bit being able to quickly remedy that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion replaces a slew of Google documents buried in folder after folder. It makes it easy to create individual projects and have all information at my finger tips instead of scrolling through files and folders.

What do you like best about the product?
AI integration is fantastic and a step above other programs given ability to take action and edit live
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started can feel overwhelming with the amount of possibility. Intuition building with tutorials is helpful.

Organizing thoughts. Database creation. Automated research.

Easy of use. A lot of organization that is not found with other programs.

I do wish the websites search function was better

Fantastic UI for Projects, Needs Better Excel Data Handling
What do you like best about the product?
The project management and knowledge base UI is amazing. Pretty much use it for all my work-related projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to be better at dealing with data (Excel sheet data doesn't convert well)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is pretty much Airtable and a task manager put together. Instead of using all the different tools, I use Notion.

It's super functional and easy to customise.

I wish you can create a proper calendar like Google or Apple calendar.

I am able to organize notes, scheduled, ideas, and various other projects.

Notion is able to be personalized so much that it can truly fit every need you have on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a steep learning curve to notion when you are 1st using it.

Notion is helping me plan, sort and schedule all of my school work and language learning. Notion AI in combination with notebookLM helps me make notes super easy

That I can share a dashboard with my audience!

I would like to be able to change the background color :)

Ive started to use it for products and lead magnets. More valuable than PDFs.
User-Friendly, But Missing Asana-Style PMM Boards

Easy to use and easy to document and link external stuff faster.

It could have PMM style boards like Asana
