Reliable Productivity Tool, But AI Features Limited by Payment Options
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has proven to be very dependable. I have been using it for several years, relying on it to store data, manage my productivity, plan my life, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that the available payment options restrict how much I can use the AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this for storing both my personal and work-related data.
Steep Learning Curve, but AI Features are a Game-Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I find the AI feature in Notion incredibly beneficial, as it helps me with grammar correction and smoothing my workflow, especially when managing multiple tasks. The format of Notion is noticeably good, making my experience pleasant. I also really appreciate the calendar and to-do list functionalities, which allow me to prioritize important tasks effectively. The due date and categorization features enhance my organization and task management, making the tool invaluable for my daily work. The combination of these features truly boosts my productivity, making Notion a tool I highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup process for Notion quite challenging due to the steep learning curve. Initially, I had no idea how to set it up, especially when it came to using different templates. This made it hard to start right away. Also, the inability to integrate Notion with my work email due to institutional restrictions is a limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion’s format and AI features beneficial for my daily work, helping correct grammar mistakes, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively with its calendar and to-do list.
Notion AI Streamlines My Workflow, But Needs Audio and Calendar Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI generates transcripts for all my meetings and then provides summaries, key details, and action items. I also really appreciate being able to bring all my calendars into Notion so that I can view everything at a glance. Notion AI has helped me build my databases using natural language, and since I wasn't very familiar with the platform at first, this made it much easier to get started and learn quickly. Now, I use it for everything, both work and personal tasks, and even for managing my finances. I can simply ask Notion AI questions about any content in my workspace, making it incredibly fast and convenient to find important information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate an audio feature that lets me listen to my pages whenever I want. Additionally, I think it would be helpful to have the Notion calendar accessible directly within the Notion app.

Helping to organize and find information.
Keeps Me Organized, But Needs Better Spelling Updates
What do you like best about the product?
Everything! I love the it can search my entire workspace and keeps me organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that it won't update spelling corrections.

Notion saves us tons of time by storing our business SOPs and Processes. It's the system where we store all of our team and business information. It save us tons of time by allowing us to easily find the information in seconds.
Effortless Use, Speedy Performance, Needs Better Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion because it vastly improves my efficiency as it allows our systems to capture a lot of insight and information about the tools and resources needed on a daily basis. It helps me as a seller to retrieve information swiftly without going through the hassle of asking various people for the same information, thus allowing me to work much faster. I also appreciate Notion’s search functionality, which is incredibly useful for finding previously recorded information, and the feature to easily create projects and tasks. The ease of use is another compelling aspect, making it straightforward to set up and navigate. Moreover, I love that Notion’s system can interpret what I'm asking for, even if I'm not initially clear in my query, which is incredibly helpful in some instances. Lastly, the overall ease with which it integrates into my work means that even as I use other tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Count, Notion remains a reliable hub for various functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration with other tools like Salesforce and Slack lacking. It's difficult to seamlessly incorporate these tools into my workflow with Notion, which hinders my ability to fully utilize all the resources and capabilities available across different platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion speeds up my workflow by capturing essential data and insights, allowing me to easily access and gather information without unnecessary communication hurdles.
Great AI Product
What do you like best about the product?
It has made working so much easier, I am able to not focus on writing more and become more involved in conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I start the meeting on Teams early and fire up notion it will Pause the meeting intake and I will have no notes afterwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s allowing me to have deeper conversations with clients and allows me to not be writing notes the whole meeting.
Enjoying Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
The AI features are great for optimizing integrations, relations, rollups and batch-editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like a little more flexibility when it comes to design, including editing page layouts. I'd like to be able to apply font changes across the entire workspace rather than only within certain databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up relations and rollups with AI's help has been fantastic. I'm also able to organize all of my university assignments, work responsibilities, and personal tasks in one program, and I like that I can keep these separate with different workspaces. I also love using the Notero plug-in to keep my reading organized in Notion.
Complex Setup, But Exceptional Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the convenience of having all my class notes, work, school, practicum, and personal stuff organized in one place with Notion. This consolidation makes it easier to manage and engage with my various responsibilities without having to keep multiple tabs open on my computer. The organization in Notion allows me to have everything I need in one spot, making it easier to focus on important aspects of my studies and work. I find it beneficial to record class sessions and have them supplement my notes, providing a comprehensive view and ensuring I don't miss key information. This feature is particularly useful as I can easily review recordings and notes to reinforce learning. I also value the way Notion helps me keep my classes organized, enabling me to efficiently get things done. Despite still being in the learning phase with Notion, it has been helpful in managing and organizing my tasks. Overall, the ability to fit various elements of my academic and personal life into one cohesive platform is a standout feature that I truly value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup of Notion to be quite difficult and really confusing. I didn't know what I was doing and tried a couple of times but it wasn't working. I still don't have a full grip on it, which was stressful, and ended up needing my friend who introduced it to me to set it up for me by doubling their space so that I could just edit and tweak theirs. Moreover, I think it would be better if Notion had an AI component that could assist in setting it up by automating tasks like creating spaces or organizing class syllabi, as I struggled with finding helpful tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion helpful for consolidating all my school, work, and personal notes in one organized place, making it more convenient than Google Drive. Its recording and note-taking features let me focus and review better, keeping everything easily accessible.
Intuitive Note Organization with Powerful Relations, But Formula Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how I can organize my notes in a way that feels intuitive for me, making it much easier to find what I need. The use of relation databases also helps me connect information in a way that feels more tangible and meaningful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be really helpful if we could dot-walk through relations to retrieve values directly in formulas, instead of having to create roll-ups just to handle formula logic.
