Notion is a nice tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion for 2 years as a library for our knowledge base guide. Easy to use and what I like the most is the the interface since it is so simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is kinda buggy. I couldn't access some pages to edit but so far it is fixable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in customer service. Notion is a very helpful tool since we navigate and search for our needs in customer service like answer for the problem, step by step instructions and etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simplistic, easy to collaborate and very effective in nite taking. It helps us in managing our timelines, creating a knowledge base and tracking our goals and timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about notion is it's buggy UI which becomes a hassle to navigate at times when the number of documents becomes a lot. It starts showing glitches at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us in creating the knowledge base for our organisation, documenting all the steps and procedures for new features development. We also use it to share runbooks with our devops team for deployments. Apart from this it is a great tool for taking personal notes, like saving passwords or reminders etc.
Notion is very much flexible & easy to use Task management tool
What do you like best about the product?
We're using notion since 3 years, it provides simple classic UI but with plenty of blocks support, we can create text, toggles, bullet points, whatever, and we can create pages using it.
We can share the pages with specific people, organize the pages in some category.
It also provides a teampltes with which you can create pages everytime with the base tempalte, we can create tasks for our team, and track it with various parameters like status of the task, assignee, etc
Notion also provides a reminders features which is very much helpful for us

What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications features can be improved as of now the notifications UI is not that much attractive, and user might not focus on that, which results in useless for few.

From note making to task management, everything made simple that for free until you require more people colloboration

I personally love the flexibility and versatility of Notion. It allows me to create custom pages, databases, and to-do lists that perfectly fit my needs. Limited offline access capabilities and Lack of advanced automation features.

Is a plataform where you can keep track of almost everything. You can keep your information connected and use it in every aspect.

It's not easy to learn, you have to pass the learning curve. It's rigid, everything is confined to lines.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for posting a simple portfolio. It was easy to learn and use. It can be used for a number of features. I only use it for a simple portfolio that I integrate with other applications. It works and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little clunky to navigate. The number of features is overwhelming and while customer service is helpful, I found I had to use YouTube to try to figure out the nuances of the platform.

It is allowing me to post an online platform.

Great Tool for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is organized. There are features that allow you to build a template and copy it entirely, which saves a lot of time! Notion also allows me to store different files within which helps me navigate a lot easier.

It was quite hard to learn how to operate it at first, but once you get used to it's quite easy

Keep track of my calendar, daily/weekly/monthly tasks. I sometimes use the AI tool for writing abstracts and research papers
