I couldn't have dreamed up a better knowledge management tool if I tried
What do you like best about the product?
it's so intuitive to use. It shows up like a blank slate, but packs a PUNCH, with the ability to make templates, tag people and have discussions, you name it.
I love that it operates as our project management tool but also as a wonderful place to take notes or draft thought leadership. I tell essentially everyone about Notion in the hopes that they'll fall in the love in the way I have.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to make templates that aren't nested within boards. I don't know if I just haven't figured out how to do it, but I can't quite figure it out.

Most convenient way to manage your contents
What do you like best about the product?
The notion is one of the most powerful emerging tools, containing a number of free templates and also provides free data storage up to a limit. It has been a best in fulfilling all my needs at work from creating presentations to scheduling and management of my activities. overall it has been a part of my daily work life, making things easy for me. The best part is it's available on the web form. So I would be able to access my files where ever I am. The temples on notion are really attractive and attention-seeking, this has an immense impact on my stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike was the limit of data I can store and secondly it's hard to track it if your contents get huge. but its advantages outweigh its disadvantage overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great problem-solving tool to manage your data and organize your things. I use this to prepare presentations, track my meeting, schedule my work, mark important dates, store some of my files, and much more. Overall it's one of the great tools and helps me with most of my things. I use it really often to manage and organize data. I also have tried building some awesome websites using notion and it has proved to be an awesome tool even for it.

If you looking for a tool to really manage things that you must get on to this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the most easy-to-use UI and it is very simple to set up. It helps you organize your work very easily and boost productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has problems in uploading assets as it compresses the assets and lowers down its productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large team of about 100 persons and managing them is a bit hard task. With notion, we can easily manage tasks and have all the information in one place. with pro plan it is much more easier to work we can add team mates and easily manage the whole work.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great app for anyone who needs to organize their thoughts/notes/projects/ideas. Not only does it make the process of organizing your work life easier, but you can also use it as an organizer for your everyday life and get rid of tons of other apps. Highly customizable and easily adaptable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve because of its deep customization and extendability. The fact that it can do so much can make it a bit overwhelming, and when you see the amount of tutorials and videos online, it can seem daunting. This is a good problem though as it shows the insane amount of things that you can do with this software.
The other thing that I don't like is how chaotic it can be if you don't structure your pages. I don't think that there is much that can be done about that without limiting what the user can do. We have set up SOPs just to re-creating new client pages for onboarding.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion internally as a team to brainstorm ideas, set up to-do lists, delegate work, provide assets links, etc. It allows us to get a birds-eye view of EVERYTHING in our business, not just project management. It connects bookmarks, Trello, ToDoIst, and Teamwork all together for us. Streamlines projects and keeps us moving forward.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with similar Applications before. After use Notion, you will find that extra needed to improve your daily activities and approach them with its simplicity and easy user experience where you can find templates to create faster ideas, or as well you can make personalized activities and share them with your teammates. The easy way it sends an invitation to somebody that you want to invite, and you can give rights to modify or add new items. Easy sync between mobile devices and desktops or any other device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I had presented issues after want to sign in on other devices; the best way that I can solve this was to request my password again in my email account. Another thing it's that it would be great to import documents from cloud services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily activities start here, checking out changes created in projects and review sprints or things to improve. It's nice to try to implement it in your routine, approaching your goals quickly and pending things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Your team will may more productive and accessible communication with activities for every teammate easy to manage. It doesn't matter where you are—I highly recommended this tool. Try it after a few weeks and tell me how was your experience with this excellent application.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to build in databases, tables into each note--template items in a data table to keep things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bookmarks; I wish there was a better, richer format for embedding websites. Sometimes I want to create a lookbook of products, offerings and organize them into a single flow or sequence of bullets. Allowing the user to choose the photo from the website and extracting the title contextually will declutter the thought process rather than adding an image that has been linked via URL and adding your own title (with the links being subject to breakage).

Decluttering my brain, organizing thoughts, making plans, and tracking projects. It's an all-in-one solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need in one place. Replaces fragmented google sheets/drives/etc. PERFECT for notes and organizing tasks and schedules. I use it for work to manage my team and personally to manage side projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little bit good at everything, but not exceptional at one thing. The tables can be annoying to navigate sometimes and its nowhere near as powerful as any other spreadsheet tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get started and how easy it is to find templates. I'm able to pull up Notions and be able to see my income, expenses and tasks that need to be done right away. It's a great dashboard.

There is a learning curve with it and I've had some trouble importing data from other sources.

It's letting me have an overview of my business in one spot. I don't have to fumble between multiple spreadsheets, databases and other programs, it's all right there so it's a big time saver for me which is so important.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion gives us a place to collaborate and share ideas as a team creating a space where we can develop team knowledge and best practices. Our ability to create the amount of specified content has allowed us to grow over 100% as a company in the past 8 months. Teams who learn and share daily always become better as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is solid and there is not much to bag on here. The one area that I think could be upgraded quickly is the UI, right now it seems very old and does not look totally appealing. The functionality is great, at the same time, it looks low quality in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the knowledge gap between new hires and those who have been with the company for many years. Then it also bridges the gap from upper and lower management and the individuals who make up each team as well. Extremely helpful in the ability to teach and allow us to share our best practices.
