Using Notion for managing my time effeciently
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me in keeping project notes my meeting action items and apart from my work i keep my personal todo list on here which is neat for me since I like a clear list of things that I want to achieve and tick them off once done
What do you dislike about the product?
When the content of pages increases the pages feel slow especially if I have embeds on my page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep my to do list which gives me clear goals to achieve and this has also been vital for me to manage my project expectations daily and weekly with clear goals and agendas
Intelligent Note-Making with Impressive AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Notion for intelligent note making because it provides a very well-structured and clean UI to jot down my stuff, making it easy to revisit and review my notes. I like its new AI features, especially the ability to estimate how much time it would take to read content on a page, which helps me plan my studies. The AI also helps me complete or summarize my shorthand notes. The integration with various data sources works very well, enhancing its utility. Also, the mobile app is very well optimized and provides a good user experience. The initial setup was simple, and the documentation was easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the offline and sync limitations are a bit of an issue. It only opens pages that are previously cached. Also, there's no clear indicator for 'mobile-safe' edits, which can be confusing. Exportability to other apps like Evernote or OneNote could be better. It could use better conflict resolution, like side-by-side diffs to review, similar to what's available in Confluence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a well-structured and clean UI for easy note-taking and retrieval. The AI features help plan study time and complete notes, while integrations and a well-optimized mobile app enhance usability.

table features are lacking honestly, cannot do rows beyond certain limit

very fresh look, easy to search for stuff, Notion blocks are so easy to use, writing a document is so easy

What I like best about Notion AI is how seamlessly it integrates into my workflow. It helps me quickly draft, summarize, and refine content right where I’m already working. It’s context-aware, easy to use, and saves me a lot of time by turning rough ideas into clear, well-structured output. Overall, it’s a simple but powerful productivity boost.

So far the experience has been great. The UI is confusing sometimes to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes clients doesn't want us to use the recording. SO Notion is super helpful to capture the Key Takeways with action items from both parties. Which is amazing!!!

I love Notion for note-taking and using the calendar to keep up with all my due dates. The note-taking with AI in Notion helps me keep everything linear and in an easy-to-read format that I understand without the hassle of having to format it myself. It saves me a lot of time and helps keep me organized.

I do wish there was more availability for offline modes, and that the allowance for meeting AI notes was larger for lectures.

I use Notion for planning my entire life, both personally and professionally, and it really excels in organization, note-taking, brainstorming, task management, and project management. I particularly like their AI and AI Writing Assistant, which functions as a personal assistant within the environment. It helps me create, change, and transform information because it has access to the information I work with daily. Also, setting up Notion was very easy, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could improve by allowing the AI to interface with more integrations so it has access to a wider range of information. I'd like to see image creation, calendar access, and for the AI to have a dedicated app for iOS to help me stay on top of everything.

I love the creative freedom that Notion provides and the help from the AI assistant. The interface is super user-friendly, which makes it easy to navigate and get things done. I also appreciate the tables and charts, as they help me stay organized and track things I wasn’t tracking before. It's especially helpful for specific projects because I can keep everything in one place and build pages easily. The data tracking features keep me organized in life. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading documents has not been successful; I have to screenshot a document and add it as a picture instead. I'd like to be able to upload a document and view it on Notion rather than having it add a link that I have to click to open in a separate tab.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion primarily for everyday life task management and to capture home projects and life vision ideas. The integration of Claude AI has been a game changer for me, helping me map out and prioritize tasks, especially as someone with ADHD. It's become my go-to system for centralizing everything in one space. The AI integration has been great in helping me learn and optimize how best to use Notion, providing feedback on my pages and structuring things. I love being able to interact with Notion through a language model, allowing it to act as a planning and thought partner. I also enjoy the AI's ability to remind me of tasks, add things to my lists spontaneously, and help figure out where to store items. The setup was smooth, aided by AI, which prevented me from feeling overwhelmed with how to structure everything. I like using Notion across different devices, and I appreciate being able to share feedback on user experiences. I even gave Notion a solid 10 on the recommendation scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that Notion can't always read the screenshots or images I've put up, which sometimes has been a hurdle when I want to add text from images into my reminders. It's not always as intuitive, but I appreciate that it tells me its limitations.

Notion centralizes all my tasks and ideas in one place, helping me prioritize effectively and act as my go-to system. The AI integration, especially Claude AI, assists with learning and organizing, overcoming initial overwhelm. It's a helpful planning and thought partner.
Consistent, Accurate Data Retrieval Without Limits
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way it retrieves any information and is not limited by a context window and as such it keeps things consistent and accurate with big data.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don't have any dislikes regarding it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product addresses the common issue that most other LLM models face when it comes to retrieving data from large datasets and then generating hallucinated responses. It effectively tackles these challenges, making it stand out in this regard.
