What do you like best about the product?
I can use it for notes ,task management, project planning, and even personal tracking all in one place and The clean interface and customizable pages make it easy to organize everything the way It helps stay productive and keep all my work in one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion feels a bit slow when working with large pages or databases For new users it can also feel confusing at first because there are so many features and options and The mobile app is good but it’s not as smooth as the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of managing information across multiple tools Instead of using different apps for notes, tasks and documentation I can do everything in Notion and This saves time keeps my work organized and improves my overall productivity or It helps me focus better and manage both personal and professional work efficiently.

At times, Notion can be a bit too clever for its own good. This means that occasionally, when you try to accomplish something that seems straightforward, you end up needing a deep understanding of Notion to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps me overcome the "blank page" problem when I start writing, making it much easier to get my thoughts down. The enterprise search feature is quick and effective, allowing me to find the answers I need from my company's specific knowledge base. Databases are essential to my daily workflow, and I really appreciate the relational properties and the option to display only the information that is relevant to each person.

I like that Notion AI pulls from so many different sources, providing us with a much-needed single source of truth. I love the organizational aspects of Notion and how it allows me to create pages that correspond directly to each aspect of my business. It's amazing that I can create tasks, calendars, and manage product descriptions or inventories to ease workflows. The organization methods and visual qualities were also a compelling reason for switching from my previous tool, NotebookLM. The initial setup of Notion was very user-friendly and easily implemented, which made the transition smooth. Notion has invaluable features for assistance with social media content and scheduling, streamlining my diverse needs, from blog posts to complete organizational strategies. Moreover, the ability to embed with my website seamlessly enhances its functionality.

Nothing!! I love Notion and how it has had such an amazing, positive impact on my administrative workload! Honesty, I can't think of one thing I dislike about Notion!

I have been using Notion for four years primarily for sales, exobrain, and as a digital briefcase. I absolutely love how it helps me search quickly and creates ideas on the fly, enhancing my productivity and creativity. The aesthetics of Notion stand out for me; I like the way it looks and feels, which enhances my user experience. Additionally, it is not too expensive, making it an affordable choice for what it offers. I find the alerts feature particularly useful for time management as it integrates with the calendar and notifies me of tasks that need to be completed at specific times, ensuring I stay on top of my schedule. The initial setup of Notion was also very easy, and it seamlessly integrates with other tools, making it a staple in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't intuitively integrate the email client into my day-to-day workflow. It's challenging to distinguish between using it for personal versus business tasks, which makes it less seamless for my needs.

Completely customisable platform, we were able to build the back end and dashboards to suit us, and we were able to create multiple dash boards for different parts of the business
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don’t have someone technical it could be hard to do the initial setup, but there are a lot of helpful guides and YouTube videos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business we have tried other project management tools, other systems has some of what you need and as such to meet our requirements we would have to adopt a number of systems

I love how Notion saves enormous amounts of time with its fantastic search functionalities and the capability to compartmentalize everything in Spaces. The AI functionalities are particularly impressive, significantly reducing the manual time spent on tasks. I also appreciate the speed and ease of use that Notion offers. It's incredibly user-friendly, even for non-coders, and the vast use cases make it versatile for different project management needs. The integrations, while having some limitations, generally work well and are beneficial. I also find the templates very helpful and appreciate the extensive documentation and step-by-step guides that simplify learning and utilizing the platform's full capabilities. Overall, the seamless integration with tools like Slack, Claude, Jira, and calendars, combined with user-friendly setups and rich functionalities, makes Notion incredibly valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the integrations with Notion are not always the best. Specifically, I would love to see email integrations and more robust integrations with tools like HubSpot.

I love how Notion centralizes all my scattered knowledge across various platforms, making it accessible and searchable, which saves me a tremendous amount of time. The ease of use and the intuitive nature powered by Notion AI is incredible, eliminating the learning curve completely and letting me get started right away. The ability to arrange and organize my thoughts, whether for business, personal, or learning purposes, is seamless, and I'm amazed at how I can transform Notion into an efficient life-organizing and money-making app. I love that Notion AI allowed me to transfer years of data into Notion in less than 48 hours, and it also enables me to write a 200-page book swiftly, which would have taken me much longer otherwise. Additionally, the ease of creating, organizing, and searching data facilitates my work process significantly. Notion's voice recording setup is particularly impressive, offering easy recording, transcription, and quality summary extraction, which is a valuable feature that enhances my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to set up more automations and connect to more external apps.
