What do you like best about the product?
It is useful for capturing the random ideas that come to mind, allowing me to organize and categorize them later.

In my opinion, the search function across different pages isn't very convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love Notion's built-in AI, which stands out because no other AI bot offers the same level of connectivity with the user interface. This feature is incredibly valuable in my daily routine as it allows me to seamlessly reference other pages and extract specific information, aiding me in writing and recalling needed details. The AI’s ability to facilitate the organization of diverse content makes Notion indispensable for both personal and professional purposes. I have moved from using other tools like OneNote, SharePoint, ChatGPT, and Gemini to Notion primarily because of this outstanding AI integration. Additionally, my strong appreciation for Notion’s features is reflected in my high likelihood of recommending it, which is a definitive 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the connectivity to other apps needs improvement. Importing information from PDFs, Word documents, and Excel files into Notion is very time-consuming and difficult. This limits the efficiency and ease of transitioning my existing data into Notion. I would also appreciate if the AI could directly manage these imports, like automatically distributing Word documents into separate pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize family and work tasks, such as recipes and tracking. The built-in AI is invaluable for connecting to the UI and assisting with referencing and writing. It enhances daily productivity by allowing me to easily manage and recall information across multiple contexts.

I have so much content I’ve created over the years - things I’ve forgotten about. Notion lets me collect it all in one place and find things I’ve already created that can be useful now.

I love Notion for its ability to be as flexible as I need it to be. The platform allows me to edit and create anything, keeping it as simple or as complex as I want. Unlike other programs that often come with unnecessary complexities, Notion provides the freedom to have a blank page with just a checklist if that's all I need. This simplicity is incredibly helpful, especially since many productivity tools impose stipulations, tags, or additional requirements that I don't need. Additionally, Notion helps me stay organized by keeping all my 'to-dos' in one place, which is crucial for managing school, teaching, and my Christian think tank. I also appreciate the ease of initial setup—it was very easy to get started. Moreover, I find value in connecting my Notion calendar to Google Calendar, making time management seamless. Overall, Notion's blend of simplicity, customizability, and ease of use fits perfectly with my personal and professional needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I encountered an issue with Notion AI when I tried uploading my bank statements for it to evaluate and insert data. Although it managed to perform the task, it got overwhelmed with the volume of information, leading to a prolonged loading time. This inefficiency in processing large data sets can hinder productivity and needs improvement.

I use Notion to stay organized, keeping all my tasks in one place. It allows me to customize my setup, making it as simple or complex as needed, with basic features like checklists that are essential for my productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly fast, and I feel as though it works as an extension of my own mind. What truly distinguishes AI Writing Assistant from other AI platforms is its ability to actually create things like pages and databases. This feature really sets it apart. I truly use Notion DAILY, all day long. It implements well with google and google calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a little clunky, and slow to load. I wish it could edit calendar events too. Or have a seamless transition between Notion Mail and Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us so much time. It helps me not need to spend $30/hour on an assistant, since Notion can do the work for me. It also helps plan high level projects and future plans.

Powerful and full featured, many templates available, strong support and active community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. The only thing that comes to mind is that it's not as tightly coupled with Microsoft 365 as I'd prefer.

We're taking a deep look at our knowledge management framework and systems of record. We created a working ontology and instantiated a hierarchy in Notion of business processes, activities, and artifacts for working in Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
