Best All in One Application
What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use interface
- web application as well as great android application to monitor things in mobile easily
- provides everything from todo list to separate pages for product roadmap

What do you dislike about the product?
- sudden drag and drop makes us lose our task easily inside some other pages and couldn't find any undo option for those accidental clicks
- some may find difficult because of too many options to choose from for everything

The notion is easily one of the best tools to track tasks and document important notes easily and it's absolute free for personal use

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is one of the best project management application, I have ever used, it's like combining all the workspace on a single platform! I love how easy to use the app is docs, board, tasks everything can be managed easily and effectively!
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion works great but there are a few cons, on iPad there are some usability issues , I would love if the notion makes some kind of integration features that lets users integrate with other apps that can be in the form of extensions or API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use notion primarily to keep track of all the projects on a single platform, i loved the cross-platform availability of the app, easy and minimal UI, rich text editor to make docs perfectly!

Editing fields and comments is not as straightforward as it could be.

That it allows me to organize my projects and collaboration with other team members.

I haven't come across issues with Notion yet. It meets my expectations.

We have several programs and projects going on. Still adding more. The benefits realized are that it houses data for various areas of my organization's business. We also use it to house our loan programs application process.
Great structure and search features
What do you like best about the product?
Love the inherent structure they've built into their products - makes it very easy to reference and access historical documents when creating new notes or materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Take a while to get up and running on how it works and is structured. In the end there are a ton of formating options but not quite as obvious/intuitive as say google docs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily used for taking notes from meetings, remotely collaborating on brainstorming new processes as well as documenting existing ones. Also use notion for housing most of our onboarding learnings
Amazing tool to stay organised !
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a beautiful tool/software to stay organized. I use this every day in my workflow, and it helps me keep my ideas, media, links, and notes organized. I have used other alternatives of notion, but nothing can put down notion in terms of UI, UX, and how well it's optimized. The best part is it's free for individuals :)

I don't have any dislikes on Notion. However, It takes some time to set up team collaborations. Notion's team should work on improving the search and navigation feature.

I'm a social media manager, and it's essential for me to stay organized with my content and ideas. I organize my captions, hashtags, descriptions, and some essential keywords on Notion.

Sometimes we get issues with the desktop app not allowing users to login.

Notion is helping during Covid-19 to help put the team on a unified approach.
Best tool for making notes
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is to you can make a template for daily works, quick notes for day-to-day tasks, also we can make a journal for our own purpose. After Evernote, I found this tool is much better. We also can make a database of our work which is a plus point.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far I'm using this tool I didn't find any limitations.

This is an all-in-one tool where I can make notes for my daily tasks also I can make a database of our own and I think this is a good option.
Good application for noting down information and images.
What do you like best about the product?
Many templates are available to start your notes. Also, icons can be added for each note which makes it easy to recognize and use the notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting the notes is a little difficult, or rather tedious. Especially when you want to change a header from h2 to h3 or tasks as such, it's not very intuitive.

Notion helped me store all my notes and information in an easy and quick manner. Made me more productive and organized.
