The perfect wiki and team collaboration platform for SMBs
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a powerful and easy-to-use collaborative wiki that will work well for small and medium-size teams.
The user experience is very modern and easy. That will facilitate the onboarding of most users.
The mobile app works also very well. All your data and teams' collaborative discussions are accessible everywhere.
It’s like having Microsoft Sharepoint or Atlassian Confluence but much easier to use, but without all the heavy « corporate » features and complications.
It fits well with an agile culture where flexibility and experimentation are the norms.
Notion manages text, images, documents and even videos pretty well.
It has API's that integrate well with many tools such as Zappier, Google Drive, Dropbox, Zoom, etc...
You can create very flexible tables, wiki links, see backlinks, and discuss with team members almost any piece of data.
Everything can be refactored easily as you go...

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't personally use Notion as a personal note-taking tool. I don't like that all my data and my files are hosted on a web app that I don't control and in a format that is not standard. I use Obsidian as my personal PKM system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion shine when you need to build collaboratively a shared knowledge space with an agile structure.

It is our "encyclopedia". We store all the information of the company so that we always access it to find a solution
Fluid , flexible and straightforward sharable workspace
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to add and edit content. The fluid UI and the smooth additions and interactions make it a delight to work with the tool. In both mobile and web interfaces!
On top, the templates library with great ideas as well as the vast component possibilities make the tool very flexible and innovative in the hands of creative people :)

What do you dislike about the product?
We use the tool as part of our work environment, and the pricing for the team plan feels a bit too much for what we have to get out of it. To circumvent that we use a lot of guest invitations and fewer team members, which are billable.
I would really love to have the possibility to have something between the private full-fledged option and the team plan

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as both knowledge sharing wiki as well as a documentation center of our R&D department
I've found Notion to be a productive environment in which it's easy to create content/functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create content & functionality which you can share with colleagues very easily, even if they don't use Notion themselves (via web).
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Notion displays dates in the backward American format (mm/dd/yyyy) and times using the 12-hour clock unless you reformat every instance yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows my team and me to share information easily amongst the team and even with customers who don't use Notion via web sharing, which saves us time compared with writing documents in Word/PDF format.
Very nice tool that has many capabilities that are easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The nice user interface, and the databases are great. It's also good that this can be easily used by anyone in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I raised two tickets which were not really answered. One was about uploaded files which disappeared, and one about images. This reduced my trust a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation of the whole company, and easy prototyping of e.g. a internal ticketing system.
Easy-to-use tool for all occasions
What do you like best about the product?
That I can create different views when using databases, e.g. calendar or status. Also, so far I was able to use it on all private and professional occasions to create roadmaps, kanban boards or other updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there were other tools integrations, such as google calendar integration or even Trello to check the status of my to-dos. Other integrations could be Slack (notifications) or Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all notes and views of different projects in one place. I often also create "colourful" overviews and structured layouts of how to use tools and how to go about a strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can quickly build comprehensive tables that carry relational data on to other parts of our Notion workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notion API limitations. The inability for binary data (images, specifically) to be posted to content blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving two at the moment:
- Documentation. Nobody wants to do it and it is never fun. Notion changes both.

I love it and I recommend. But I live in Brazil, so I recommend only for those who speak English.

The thing I most like about Notion is that it can be simple and complex at the same time, giving me a lot of possibilities to organize things in my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is not available in Portuguese, so it's difficult to share with some friends of mine (I live in Brazil)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mostly as an organization tool, so it solves my needs of organizing my life and to-dos. Also, it helps a lot by letting me save some thoughts.
The most flexible platform for organizing life! Just needs Google Cal sync and better mobile app.
What do you like best about the product?
It is hands down the best and most flexible task management, knowledge management, company wiki, second brain, and journal platform, all in one app. I can just use Notion for everything besides file management, and have everything that I need in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Google Calendar sync needs to happen real soon, I'm tired of having to input my schedule twice! Also needs a better mobile app experience: less sudden crashes, faster page loads, offline selected-pages support, less widget crashes, better widget selection(a calendar widget would be nice!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It essentially replaced my to-do lists, my notes, my project management, my SOPs, my wikis, my journal, my calendar, all in one place. It helped me to stay more organized, more focused, and less cluttered, and thus making me more calm and productive.
Many features but not deep features
What do you like best about the product?
The best document collaboration tool that allows a team to share and co-author the same document from anywhere online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to batch replace specific phrases in detailed content that matches the title in the database.

You can consolidate the various work tools you have been using into one, Notion.
