Exciting new technology and features
What do you like best about the product?
The multitude of customizable options and graphics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many organization options can be confusing for ADHD brains. Neuroinclusive Notion tutorials could make a diffrence for users like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks management and more recently faster writing with the help of AI.

What do you like best about the product?
AI has streamlined my research and writing process and helped me think through coding challenges. I organize all of my professional and personal projects on Notion because it covers a lot of management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notion desktop app can be very glitchy, and there are still features I hope will be available soon, like calendar integration. I also do not like how the colors in dark mode appear. Some of them are unusable because you cannot see the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy building out my planner that keeps all of my projects in one database. Creating different views to highlight event types, like homework vs meetings, is easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good way to organize every aspect of my life, from work to the menu for the week and even travels. I like that I can share it with colleagues and my spouse and that there are really fun templates
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to learn. I wish there was a central place to find videos on how to use each feature or type of "doc". Maybe there is such a place I just can't find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can plan all my UX projects and keep track of all the links and content related to the project, in one place. I can also store notes and feedback in a way that is well organized in the same document.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI allows me to push out emails and other low-impact writing. I also enjoy summarizing a page of notes after a long lecture
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes fails to pick up where I am on the note page. Sometimes it will begin writing about something that I referenced much earlier despite a prompt directing it to cover something else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me consolidate my class and extracurricular notes, which makes it easier to stay on top of school, work, and scholarship.

Good note taking
What do you like best about the product?
Flawless syncing across devices, easy to format with enough depth to not be to simple. Commands make it much more powerful than someother products like onenote that are also freely available.
What do you dislike about the product?
No offline component is currently available, if you lose internet then it is not very pleasant to try and use. Formatting can be hard sometimes given how commands system is structured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it much easier to transfer my notes across devices and to carry on from where I was before, cloud sync is much smoother than using onedrive for a word document or a onenote file. The commands for subheadings, tables etc are very intuitive which is a stark contrast from word
Frequent user of few robust featuees
What do you like best about the product?
It is a place where i like to organize all my notes, thoughts, plans and details. My own journal for personal or business notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to find embedded pages. Calendar integration isn't easy, Google drive links bug out sometimes.

I am working on my thesis. I use notion to organize my thesis data, write, track projects and for notetaking during meetings.

1. Web-based; I don't need to save in and carry some storage
2. Simplicity; it does not have too many fonts, colors, or formats.

Sometimes, it is unstable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I archive all meeting logs in notino which saves my time and effort a lot. also AI assistant enables me to save those further, awesome!
Good online workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create clean workspaces to explore ideas and work through projects. Able to embed things into pages, AI helps with mundane tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to manipulate the layout between pages (i.e., connections between pages) and the databases functions are a little finicky (have to be friendly with them).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI is built into the workspace, makes it easy to have the AI review documents (PDFs and text files) or embed csv tables for the AI to draw from. AI makes lists from files and can read and perform summaries or identify themes, concepts, or people in the text.

You have to pay for certain add ons and phone layout not the best
