Positive experience with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the Notion design that it provides you a variety of structured templates while allowing custom templates to suit user's specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While size and number of my documents are increasing, sometimes I experience slowed processing speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, I use it as a personal database to organize my documents and use it to create a mindmap sort file to record brainstorming ideas. I now also use the Notion AI as my writing assistant.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is great for organizing my thoughts, fixing grammar, and overall just helping to make writing for work easier. It helps save a lot of time and narrows down what I'm trying to say. I also like how there are so many different commands, from writing a social media post to changing the tone. It's also incredibly fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it will give random sentences at times when asking it to write from scratch that have nothing to do with what's presented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps make writing for work so much easier and efficient. It really helps polish my writing and organize my thoughts. It's also great at brainstorming ideas and has so many different commands to work with. I use it daily, pretty much for everything now. It feels great to be able to easily double-check my work with Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility of Notion and how I can track my whole life on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish certain features were more robust, such as the spreadsheet feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comprehensive note taking as well as content creation hub.
Very nice with space for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has been a joy to use! I enjoy how the AI capabilities are tightly connected to the other functionalities of Notion which makes adoption easy for Notion power users.
What do you dislike about the product?
While well-integrated and triggering it through the space bar is clever, the UI once the AI drop-down is active feels often frustrating to use. I wish it was easier to see and recall previously used prompts and more space to work on the output before committing it to the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great platform for wikis and project management. With the added functionality of AI, I have been enjoying the ability to effortlessly brainstorm. Making pages public or easily shareable has been a great plus.
Great all-round platform
What do you like best about the product?
Notion provides me with great ability to organise different aspects of my life and also share information in an easy to understand way. It also allows me to collaborate with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to find certain pages at times, even with the search option. However, I do not come across this often. Also, if two team members edit the same page at the same time, there can be some lag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps all the information I need on one platform, meaning I don't need lots of different apps or planners for example, which is very beneficial to me and time-saving.

It is very customizable, and I feel like I can use it for anything effectivly

Leveraging all the features can be vary daunting, and not super intuitive

Good central place to organize notes and draft out ideas, especially with the new AI
The Swiss Army Knife of Collaborative Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I highly enjoy Notion's ability to use relational databases, as these serve as a window for how ideas and tasks connect. I also enjoy the integration of AI for the most part and how quickly it is to create page elements or databases on-the-fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forced integration of AI and no ability to turn it off. The lack of customer support, bugs and slow performance issues as well as much-needed features, such as a way to sort connected pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me with managing my life, in terms of task management and notes being in one place. I also use Notion's API to integrate two of my calendars (Google and Outlook) every day. When managing a website, it's useful as a way of recording changes and also seeing what pages relate to one another.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use, organize, and summarize (especially with the AI function!). I am able to keep everything organized easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to just create an empty spreadsheet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Ai tool makes summarizing notes I take SO easy. I simply ask it to summarize an entire page of notes into a single paragraph, and BAM it's done.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ai has been great for giving me a starting point on writing prompts, emails, etc. I also appreciate the customization of pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have too many complaints, but to nitpick, it would be great to allow custom database columns (such as google maps location and then being able to see the map in a different db view).
Additionally, sometimes it is hard to completely delete notion pages as it's good to have them for historical purposes. Perhaps there could be a good way of archiving content or a way to exclude these pages from being searched/indexed. The main problem I have with keeping old pages up is that when I try to use Notion Search, it's littered with references to old pages which I specifically do not need to look through.

Notion is helping me stay sane by making it pretty easy to stay organized. The main benefit is also being able to share and collaborate with others.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notion is its flexibility while being aesthetically pleasing. As someone with a short attention span, Notion allows me to make my work fun while pushing the limits of my creativity and skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I love many of the integration capabilities Notion has now, they can be improved and expanded on because I had to turn into a mini coder just to figure out some of these integrations that aren't provided (ex. notion/Zotero)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it has solved is creating a space for my academic writing and task management, and it has also made my work projects easier to keep track of where I can make a workspace for each project.
