Solid Note Tracking and AI Database
What do you like best about the product?
AI integration. Ability to build out an entire database worth of information that the AI can access and draw from to provide answers to questions. Easy enough to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to understand how to start. The tutorial process could be better. Once you get into the swing of things, it's not terrible. I do wish that there was some kind of autofill that could look at how you are building a document and then offer you the same formatting or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping to create one central Knowledge base where I can store all of the information and then use the AI to assist me in writing. I'm also using it to track projects.
Useful function, and help me a lot
What do you like best about the product?
The Notion AI combines the functions of Grammaly and Translator, which gives me a lot helps when I need to write something and do some translation at the same platfor. Also, the function of make it longer or shorter surprises me. I found it very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of the Notion is lack of helping when do the proofreading work. I compared the outputs from Chat-GPT and fix-grammar functions from the Notion AI, the works is better on Chat-GPT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me better organised the workloads and summary the key points from a large paragraphs. What is more, Notion AI helps me improve my English writing in a quicker way.
It is very useful in general, but response is kind of slow when using notion AI

Some of the templates are expensive, and I did not receive the credit for importing Evernote:(

How easy it is to pick up and learn from the templates. It was very easy to adapt my workflow in a way that was engaging and visually interesting.

Not much customisation in terms of adding objects or fonts etc.

It helps me to write notes on lectures in uni. It is just so fascinating that you can always ask notion to give examples, evaluate, outline, summarize etc.

As for me, it lacks the ability to extract information from the attached pdf's. Also I would be happy to see chat functionality as in chatgpt

Note taking became such an enjoyable process. Brainstorming is great as well

- To really master it can take some time and I had to watch different YouTube videos to help me get what I wanted out of it

- It is keeping all my notes, tasks and projects altogether in one place and allow me to connect them together

Productivity skyrockets
What do you like best about the product?
Having all documents in one space. Ease of switching between multiple workspaces. All the different integrations, ways to style documents, the design, ease of collaboration, and new AI
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty in having side by side pages. This should be built in without having to right click and position the two windows yourself. Also I think there should be more options when exporting a document

Very good convenient for making notes
What do you like best about the product?
The AI assistant is specifically helpful to correct grammatical errors and prompt discussions in the topic. The wide array of options available to seamlessly structure my notes is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The explanation generated by the AI assistant is always not very comprehensive unless prompted.
