Love having everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to have everything in one place and being able to access it from my phone. It makes it handy for quickly adding expense records and writing notes. Relating things makes it super easy to keep track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance. The bigger your databases get the clunkier it feels. Not having offline access is also huge. I find myself trying to input records in crucial moments where internet signal is weak and it is VERY frustrating that I can’t open or quickly input data. This is what makes me consider leaving Notion all together and simply inputting data into programs that are good at that one thing instead with local access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is seemingly getting better at integrating with the data input in to databases. It’s quicker to get relative info regarding my own data than before but it’s still a long way away. If I input 50 computers in my computer inventory and ask Notion AI to count how many computers I have it gets it wrong every time.

- Reliable, intuitive knowledge management tool that let's me easily craft and organise critical work documents.
- Straightforward systems for tracking activities across agile boards, with good tagging and notifications.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Small but sometime irritating quirks of the text editor (no underlining, when selecting e.g. a toggle rather than changing an existing line it adds it to the one below, etc).
- 'Ask AI' often returns less helpful insights than traditional search; excited to see how it improves but not much value as it stands.

Primarily as a knowledge sharing platform, for docs, agile activity cards and files.

Notion AI is a great feature for getting knowledge to employees

I feel theres alot of wasted space with regards to the screen space per page

What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me collaborate on larger, multi-page documents that may be lost without using Notion to store them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the need for a separate AI subscription and believe that subscribing to Notion as a member should grant you access to the AI features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing me to collaborate with colleagues on documents and projects that would otherwise require multiple separate enviroments to work in. Notion simplifies all of this and provides a central hub for all of the ongoing projects.
It's a super versatile tool that elegantly displaces multiple apps. Love it.
What do you like best about the product?
The way I can tie all my content, projects, notes, meetings, etc. together in a single place. It's easy to use and once you get the hang of it super powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it offered Markdown support. Database integrations can be rough, especially when you want to filter out old information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management, Meeting notes, Task list... all things that help me keep on track to do what I do.

What do you like best about the product?
Love Notion as a note-taking/wiki solution! The AI writing assistant is powerful for summarizing notes from meetings or working sessions into a useful summary for our executive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is very flexible, it would be nice if there were more flexibility around numbered lists specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its my ideal note taking software as it is a great place to dump bullet points, text blobs, or blocks of code. The AI writing assistant is great at summarizing notes for use by management. The searchability makes looking back at old notes a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the option to type out what I need from Notion, and Notion provides the best information based on what's in the data base. It's very intuitive and easy to use and it allows for me to use the AI feature every time I use Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the content within the Notion data base is lacking.

Notion is solving the uncertainty of information and where I can find that information.

I do all my process documentation and project planning with Notion - it's highly customizable with a clean UI and includes a wide array of templates to choose from

It's more than docs - It's a presentable documentation with many customizable features like pages/PM boards/flows etc. It's an all in one workspace

I like the flexibility in setup of docs, databases and specifically the integrations and extensibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like it to connect to the other Notion products like Mail and Calendar in a more native way.

There are so many different ways to capture and store information all within the same tool

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility allowed by the flexible user interface, the robust template s and very active and enthusiastic community, and the constant addition of new features - all of these things make me excited and make notion my Swiss army knife for general tools and collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not intuitive or easy to solve for certain use cases (like how to use sub page titles of a certain page as values in a multi select)

To be able to organize and collaborate with my product team and other companies stakeholders on a variety of tasks and activities. To be able to rapidly configure "tools" either from scratch or from a template So we don't waste cycles looking for a solution.
