This is quickly becoming any irreplaceable tool for me.
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage to using Notion is its flexibility. We are able to build and grow our nonprofit, manage research, organize publications, and do it all with tools tailored to our needs, because we were able to build them with Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most significant disadvantage that I can think of is the learning curve. While the UX is super efficient and easy to use, it took me a while to comfortable enough with Notion and its features to really build something bad useful for our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping to streamline all of our work into one place. Since we work with many different students and interns around the world, having one environment where we can collaborate is vital.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is incredibly useful. It's pretty much just chat-GPT but in the format that makes the most sense for what most people use it for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The indenting in Notion can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion can answer mulitple questions and write the answer under the questions. It can also format in markdown with tables callouts, etc. It can also read articles and answer questions about them.

I like how customizable Notion is and that I can immediately turn notes into tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure how BEST to use it. I would like to integrate everything into notion - but its difficult as the only team member using it.

Easy and convenient note taking. I also use notion for social media planning sometimes

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is a tool that can be deceiving. Its essential and friendly UX may not make you grasp its full potential and thus fall into the temptation to leave it because it is overrated by its users.
In reality it presents no small learning curve and once you start to level up you will realize its effectiveness and versatility.

It is giving me a lot of agility at the time to manage my personal and professional projects.
It has simplified task management, task mixing and the follow-up process.
It has also helped me on a personal level, improving the management of my agenda, to measure the time I dedicate to different tasks, and why not also on an organizational level.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization and pages. Now it is further powered by CHATGPT, which can facilitate the writing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the AI function, the generated response will replace the original command. I would prefer it also keep the original prompts in the docs unchanged.

Notion eases my note taking and organization process.
A very customizable tool for individuals or a small team
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has a lot of building blocks and it is up to you how you implement it. I have built various complex projects on Notion for clients and it has been quite good so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The native integration of the app is poor. Other substitutes of notion offer a lot more in terms of integration, automation, etc.

Notion replaces a couple of tools. It can help you collaborate better, manage projects, share client-facing dashboards, etc.. You can be a lot more creative in notion than the other Project Management tools..
Notion AI is a great tool to aid your productivity

The most help feature abotu Notion is that it is one location to bring together my thoughts and notes on projects plus its integration with other tools I use.

I have not foudn anything that I dislike about the tool.

Notion provides a place for me to keep and organize all of my notes and ideas for projects.
Flexible and powerful note taking and organisational software.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of note layout, and database structures for storing information. The latter is particularly useful when clipping pages from the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app for use on tablet does not resize to the screen as a well as the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me organise my daily work, saving information on different projects and teams in which I am working in an organised fashion. I am also using the AI assistant to draft copy for advertising campaigns and also to summarise meeting transcrips.

What do you like best about the product?
Great implementation of AI. Especially the "Improve writing" feature. Makes writing paragraphs about any topic super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works best if you have internet. Without internet most documents are only partially loaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For non-native English speakers, the "Improve Writing" feature is an absolute game changer. Never again without it!
An amazing note taking assistant tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is really helpful when I am taking notes on all my various uni subjects. I am doing multiple units do the flexibility of being able to customise the layout the way I like it is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
notion is very restricted in that I can really only type to take notes. It'll be good if it could be more similar to one note where I can also draw and highlight on the same page.

Notion is helping solve my time management issue by helping me cut down on precious note taking time. Notion AI allows me to easily summarise notes quickly while also having enough flexibility for me to add extra details when required.
